People saying about the team being a few players short last night but don't forget that Pearce, Vieira, Jannson and the 2 new signings didn't feature. Similarly Klich and Ideguchi and Tyler Roberts didn't so when you take that into account it may simply have been half a team last night and half a team will play in the next friendly. Not saying our squad doesn't need strengthening but that it isn't as bad as just saying that beyond the team we put out last night we don't have any others.

Didn't get to watch the match last night. The missus gave birth to a little girl yesterday morning, Lilia Rose, and somewhat selfishly wanted me to be there with her in the hospital yesterday evening ;-) Does sound like there were some good positives to come out from it though, always going to be some negatives too, and hopefully signs that we can do well this season especially if you add the missing players and a couple of new signings to the starting XI.
