and 5 goals 2 assists for Lassoga also in 10, also in the second tier, which is probably down a grade on the championship

Disagree I'm afraid.
I thought he was garbage. Not bad in the air and had a shot on him but lazy and unfit for the most part but creaming in 50k a week.
So glad we didn't take a punt on him in the summer.

Do you think his work rate would come close to what MB demands ?

Precisely.

radebe88 wrote: Wed Oct 31, 2018 3:45 pm I know he divided opinion but I loved Lasogga. I thought he worked harder than most people thought but because he lacked pace people mistook this for a lack of effort when closing down etc. I thought his movement around the box was good and he was very composed in front of goal. He would still be a good option this season I think, probably a similar player to Bamford in way (he isn’t the quickest either).

I just put it down to him being the player you want In a team that dominates the game, possibly why he’s doing well at a Hamburg team playing 2nd division.

He always looked like he really cared despite receiving some vile abuse at times from his own teams fans. Me favorite been the video of a fan saying “get in the box Lasogga ya fat C***” as he rifled one in from 25 yards 😂. For this reasons I will always have a look now and again to see how he is getting on and hope his career really kicks on!

Fully agree.

Think Lassie got far more abuse then he deserved.

He wasnt the quickest.

But his movement and finishing and touch was good.

20 games 10 goals 3 assists.

Not that bad really.

Hope he kicks on.

Into November

Kitching had another good game, his second of the week after he was watched by Bielsa and Orta in mid week. a win and a draw for the kid.
Ekuban came off the bench but failed again in a 1-1 draw
Grots game was cancelled due to floodlight failure
Wilks was a sub who came off the bench but failed to shine
Cibicki yet again scored and won MOM and he also scored last Monday night for Molde.
Ideguch. Injured
O'Kane Injured
Sacko an unused sub again
O'Connor suspended
De Bock decent performance and getting his form back
Anita was battered but played all 90 minutes but was up against the so-called best striker in Holland
Coyle played all 90 as usual but had his worst game of the season in a 3-0 loss
Denton played 80 minutes so almost 2 full games on the bounce and starting to look good at long last.

So this weeks starts from our loanees is only Cibicki, but he tends to be on the list every week. Wonder if he will be asked back?

Did Sacko not make the bus as he was totally dropped or did he simply forget to set his alarm

Unsure Dalton but I think you can safely say Sacko is a waste of space

Very disappointing that O'Connor isn't getting any game time at Blackpool, that was the whole reason he was loaned out in the first place. Hopefully we recall him in January and keep him as a back up option. He'd getting far more out of training with Bielsa and Jansson then playing hoofball in the lower leagues.

I'll probably get hate for this, but I rated Cibicki. I'd rather have him on the wing than Harrison or Dallas, at least he can put a cross in.
