Sirloin steak cutlets pan-fried with mushrooms, onions in a cream sauce served with crispy roast potatoes & brocoli

Can't wait.....delicious !

I don't often share my food but as you've asked nicely get yourself up the M1/M18/M62 & through the scenic East Yorks countryside & you may just make serving time mate :lol:

I have got about 12000 pheasants just outside my door at the moment... :shock: :shock:

Trouble is.... I don't like pheasant :(

My very own Linguine Bolognese. It's the only thing I cook from scratch apart from a roast dinner and an ommelette. I usually open tins and jars or bought in stuff.
