The 'Ref Watch' is a waste of time anyway, since he always backs the refs anyway. They are untouchable.

Just a thought occurred to me about the FA message.

Kids, listen up, its ok to do a questionable job, its ok as a ref to be inconsistent in your decision making.

But its not ok to question authority.

Its also ok to use violence, a little headbutt is fine in tense situations.
