I said after Forest it would keep happening and I got called negative. It might be good away from home, but it isn't working at home and it don't know how Bielsa can't see it. We only beat Brentford as we scored late. Had we scored after 20 mins, we'd have drawn that too.
What I want from an owner: 1. Ambition. 2. Wage bill control. 3. Cut spending on loan fees. 4. Better scouting. 5. Get bigger fees for our best players. 6.No ego.

Why do we have 3 full backs on the bench all the time? Why not give Bogusz or Edmondson a chance for a change? They can bring something a bit different from the bench.

I think the answer is that all our subs are premeditated. Do you really think even Robbie Gotts believes he will get game time?

Gotts can play center mid, he's not in the squad as FB cover

But the question raised is still valid. Under what circumstances would you see him coming on ahead of Berardi or Douglas?

A similar scenario with Leif Davis (our best LB) overcoming Alioski & Douglas both are poor defenders

Not gonna happen unfortunately

Actually Douglas is hopeless, why the hell he deserves to be on the pitch today god only knows!

Agree, walked out of ER feeling like we had lost!

First half was the usual , dominated, Derby barely got in our half but we wasted chances and opportunities. Second half, what can be said? After 60 minutes we were not at the races. Sat deep, didn’t press, Keogh controlled the game from the back and the goal was inevitable. The penalty miss secured our fate!

By the time Costa and Eddie came on we were already sitting too deep, too late to change things.

Harrison busy but wasteful, Branford strived hard at times was let down by our wingers, at times he squandered chances himself.

Ben White a class above everyone else on that pitch, lad has a big future.

The only reason I can see for bringing Douglas on was to push Alio up and move Costa to the right. He offered nothing!

I fancy Ayling at RB and Dallas at LB.

That's the way I'd go Adam.

Fed up of watching two inept wing-backs

Honesty Leon, I’ve not seen a CB in a Leeds shirt with that composure and quality since Radebe, Woodgate, Ferdinand. He’s not at that level yet but I’m sure he will be.

I don't see him coming on ahead in front of Douglas or Berardi, thought I said that, he's on the bench as a centre mid to cover if Shack or Phillips gets injured while Forshaw is off...seems common sense to me

Unbelievable to think White has only played at League 1 & 2 level.

He reminds me of Ferdinand too in fact I made that comparison after his Leeds debut

I truly believe along with Kalvin, Ben will play for England our only defensive players who will hold their own in the premiership !

This, how he gets in the team is beyond me, no attributes beyond being a hard worker (you can tell he always gives 110 per cent which is fair enough, just lacks any quality).

Bielsa for me too stubborn in the lineups, said it loads of times before. Does all of this analysis on opposition sides and yet we play the same eleven with the same formation and game plan week in week out. Still dominating sides totally, you feel we're just a few tweaks away from running away with the league.
agreed a few tweaks here and there we won't be far away.
a quality clinical striker and we've would have won this league at christmas.

Positives

Our first-half performance, some lovely football.
We battered them.
Kalvin Phillips a masterclass once again
Ben White so calm & cool at the back, hard to believe he has only played at League 1&2 level
Stuart Dallas, where have these performances come from, SD is like a new quality signing.
We didn't lose the game
We're still top of the league
Kalvin having a word with a tw*t at the bottom of the kop who was having a go at him. (of all our players)

Negatives

Final 30 minutes of the 2nd half.
How we can contrive to draw a game we should have won easily is beyond comprehension.
Lost total control, cohesion & rhythm of our play, even then Derby were poor.
Missed chances.
Bamford's feeble lob.
Klich's penalty.
Poor crossing
We got worse after the substitutions.
Douglas on for Pablo, bizarre!
Nketiah should be getting more than ten minutes.

Ratings

6.5 Casilla
8.0 Dallas
8.5 White
7.0 Cooper
5.5 Alioski
8.5 Phillips MOTM
6.5 Hernandez
6.5 Klich
6.5 Shackleton
6.5 Harrison
6.5 Bamford
Subs
5.0 Costa
5.0 Douglas
n/a Nketiah

We've bombed 7 points and yet we're top, I think it shows how poor this league is. There doesn't look to be a Norwich or Blunts who will win every week this season. It's really now or never, if we can't go up now, we never will. Bielsa's stubbornness and refusal to drop players will cost us promotion imo.
