Best organised I've seen us in many a year, very disciplined and most problems of our own making, keep it up boys......atmosphere sounds electric.

Oh well, their extra class told in the end. But we haven't disgraced ourselves. And the great atmosphere has lasted till the end.

Really?? All I could hear were the Leeds' fans. The only time Liverpool got their voices were when they scored. :bear:
I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.

If only Roofe had curled that ball into the net
If only Wood's header had been more forceful
If only Kalvin's free kick had been on target.
We would have beat them 3-2

Drove back from Liverpool at 6am this morning. Shattered but it was oh so worth it. Took my son with me and result apart, it was a magical night. The atmosphere in our end was amazing. We were so loud that you literally couldnt hear any liverpool fans at times.
What a brave performance from the lads.......gave it 100% and more. So many If's about the game but all in all couldnt have asked for any more from the team. So Proud to be a Leeds fan !
LEEDS AND FOREVER PROUD TO BE !!

Decided to take the morning off to get my eight hours sleep in, shattered when I arrived home after what turned out to be a very long day.
That was one of the best Leeds atmosphere's in all the years I've been watching Leeds. We showed the premiership how to support your club from start to finish saving Anfield from becoming a morgue as we blasted our song after song including 'wheres your special atmosphere' to a packed 53,000 stadium.
Neil Sullivan was stood in the row in front of us, Terry Yorath walked past us on the way back to the coach & we reminded James Milner, I'm sure he realises he is still Leeds, the special feeling never leaves you !

As for the match. What an a immense performance ! full of energy, passion & a desire to win, unfortunately the gods conspired against us for this one having to make two substitutions after 45 minutes & playing Ayling as a makeshift centre-back, in the end that change & tired legs probably cost although our lads kept going right to the final whistle.

I'm so proud of this Leeds squad, not matter what team we put out you can see Monk's influence on our play, he has made Doukara, Wood, Silvestri look like different players to last seasons shambles. Well done Garry Monk

Silvestri 7
Berardi 8
Bartley 8
Cooper 7
Taylor 8
Vieira 8
O'Kane 7
Sacko - 5
Roofe - 9 (MOTM)
Dallas - 5
Doukara - 8

Ayling 7
Phillips 7
Wood 7

Monk 9

Our fans 10

Was travelling last night, so didn't see any of the game, but my brother, a massive LFC fan, did and said we gave a really good account of ourselves and the Leeds end was, and I quote, 'noisy as f**k'

On a more worrying note, he also said that LFC are likely to follow up their interest in Charlie Taylor in January. This, supposedly, from a reliable source who is normally right.
