Born and bred in Donny, living in Leeds now though. Used to go to all the home and away Donny games, had a bit of a crush on our playmaker Paul Mansson stood next to him at the bar at Whitehaven, he looked a bit scared when I said who I was ha hawhiteswan wrote:Why Doncaster bb? Just curious
I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.

First try to the Rhino's
0-4
0-4
Re: Super League
What's going on ?
This Leeds side haven't given one penalty away in the first half. Rhino's had a lot of the play, should really have capitalised in their attacking play. Both sides have defended magnificently although some of the Saints play has been far from error-free.

Re: Super League
I thought I'd read somewhere on a previous post that you lived in Bramley? Born and bred in Donny explains your allegiance to Doncaster, same with me and Wakefield Teinity. But tell me, what would our Luciano think of your crush on another football playerbecchio bear wrote:Born and bred in Donny, living in Leeds now though. Just managed to watch the second half, St Helens in front now 6 - 4 come on Rhinos. Only 7 minutes left. Yes great to hear Marching on Together1964white wrote:First try to the Rhino's

Re: Super League
Darn it! Leeds lose 6 - 4
Re: Super League
Leeds played really well & didn't deserve to lose. Ironically we gave a penalty away within 30 seconds of the re-start & paid for it with the Saints try. Rhino's seem to lack the swagger in attack although the Saints defence are difficult to break down. We looked very committed & after watching that I feel Leeds can build on that.....enthralling game !

Re: Super League
Well! Just back from Belle Vue after watching Wakefield Trinity v Hull. Got absolutely soaked walking the one and half miles to get there. Poor first half ended 6 - 2 to Hull. Excellent second half with Wakey scoring and then converting a superb try. Wakey Couldn't catch the ball when Hull hoofed it allowing Hull to score and convert. Ended 12 - 8 to Hull. Walked the one and half miles back thinking what a dreadful weekend. Rhino's loose, Leeds United loose and now Wakey Trinity. Off to the pub now to drown my sorrows....

It got worse 64. Went over the road to the pub for a Sunday roast and a few beers, lovely young man served us, got chatting and he was a Huddersfield Town supporter! Gave me a gentle little bit of stick....no tip given to him I'm afraid....not a happy Swan1964white wrote:I thought Swans enjoyed water
