Good play from Stokes & Vieira then Gomez miscued his shot that goes out for a throw-in

Gomez denied a goal with a fine save from the Ferriby goalie

Forgotten about Gomes, another promising midfielder

This match definitely highlighted the problems we had last season to score goals. The team selected was predominantly players from last year and once again it showed how overly reliant we were on Wood. We desperately need goals and whilst our attack minded signings may be gambles they surely can't be worse than what we have in terms of scoring goals. I feel a lot of players playing tonight would have shown TC exactly what their weaknesses are.

Should have scored at least six of the countless opportunities we created, once again last season's inconsistent forward players didn't have their shooting boots on :(

You don't need to be 100% match-fit to stick the ball in the net

A few of us went to Ferriby tonight taking a few young children as well the Leeds players had to walk up a lane to the ground a culture shock for a lot of them was really pleased to see them signing autographs and posing for photos for a lot of the the young fans except for one Pontus Jansson he totally ignored a lot of pleas from the youngsters and their parents for autographs and photo,s if he thinks he is above this he wants to think again its alright to play to the crowd on the pitch but he should take a long look at his attitude. As for the game well it was a nice night but have had more fun watching paint dry Ferriby can be pleased with there efforts though.
