On a positive note BPF and Pearce were impressive.
Well, I saw a different game. Thought we were miles better than in the last games. Lasogga, Anita and others must go. With 3 proven good players coming in (keeping our best players), we could have a decent squad.

So do I, big style. For a young keeper, thrown in a few games ago, with a defence just out of nappys in front of him he did great.

I think so. We didn't close them down most of the game, no serious chances to talk of. Villa didn't hammer us but they didn't look great.

I can't be inspired by anything I have seen recently.

Another defeat...I would rather play rubbish and pick up points.....same old Leeds....have a few decent parts of the match....but still lose...pathetic.....Heckingbottom out !!!!

I am disgusted watching this drivel....Lasogga and Grot were shocking.

Only if it was 30 bob a week ! He is the weakest centre forward in the League and its embarrasing how easily he gets knocked off the ball. Thank god he will be going home.

Not a single foot, hand or head of him could have played better. He has potential, no doubt now.

Ok... BPF, Pearce and Pennington decent. Saiz made a difference too.

But are you genuinely inspired by that performance?

We saw the good, the bad and the average under Christiansen.

If you've seen one game under Heckingbottom, you've seen them all and you can predict how it will turn out.

A really good team will hammer us.

A good team will beat us without having to get out of second gear.

A poor team might lose to us, get a point, or if they play really well they'll beat us.

We're the most passive team I've ever seen under this pathetic Barnsley loser.

Inspired in comparison to what. We`ve a new quality LB...that`s inspiring enough for me after watching Anita and Berradis incompetence.

BPF - 8 - Excellent all night

Dallas - 6 - A winger playing full back..it shows
Peirce - 7 - Couple of errors but so much potential, LB of the future and can't wait til we see him get forward
O'Conner - 7 - Did nothing wrong and again a lot of potential.
Pennington - 7 - Should be a 9 but cost us the goal with the weak challenge

Alioski - 5 - Quiet, wasteful
Hernandez - 6 - ditto
Vierra - 6 - Battled
Phillips - 5 - Looked a bit lost second half
Roofe - 6 - A menace twice in great positions only for the pass to get missed. Worked hard as usual

Ekuban - 4 - The worst of him tonight I thought, his confidence after all those misses is clearly affecting him

Grot - 3 - Score 3 points for being 6'3
Lassoga - 3 - We got a lot worse once he came on...Think Chris Wood on his worst day and double the poorness

Blablabla...noone is deluded enough to believe we are anywhere near the finished articel. Bemoan it or not, we are an average team and have been all season.

Villa weren't great today and beat us. I know we came back into the game at points but there was only really one team that came close to scoring in the second half and it wasn't us.

We need to close teams down. We give them space, let them play. The middle of our midfield was woeful today and we don't have a striker who can get physical and hold the ball up.
