Either of these play my nominated song. I love both Baker Street & Move On Up, I personally voted for the latter as I reckon it is one of the great soul songs of the 70's & just preferred it to Rafferty's song

So what is the fairest way of making a decision on which song goes through to the Finals ?

It's a tough and sensitive dilemma, you are damned if you do, and damned if you don't. Perhaps the fairest thing to do would be to take one for the team, by deleting the Doors, and putting Gordon Lightfoot in to the next round. Then play eeny meeny for the winner between Gerry and Curtis.............

It's an idea mate although probably a bit unfair on Riders On The Storm which won it's last match comfortably but then has to compete against two strong songs in the decade final so the Doors song would miss out on some votes it would have gained playing against just one song

I think it would be a close call........but if you are happy with that decision which is very gentlemanly of you Nick as I know both you & I are massive Curtis fans to the extent we often listen to his repertiore of albums, can't remember the last time I listened to a Rafferty album in full
