The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thur 8th Nov)

Post by Ellandback1 »

Good Morning Everyone

Leeds have introduced a third kit, and fans on social media are going crazy for it.

Personally, I love it, and so does Jansson!!!

What do you think?

Good morning Matt & everyone

Haven't got a real favourite but I do prefer to see Leeds playing in a all-white kit as much as possible.

I also loved the stocking tabs gimmick of the 70's

I detested that gold kit

Interesting stats there which do not feature our three best players......Hernandez, Phillips & Jansson

Like Leon I like as much white as possible. No particular favourite. I don't mind yellow as away or blue, any other colour is not acceptable.

As for this third kit, not bad apart from the silly bands at the end of the sleeves.

The gold kit was embarrassing...truly awful.

Morning All,

Yeah liking the new kit but as already stated in a previous thread, would prefer it with a collar.
I don't have a favourite kit, but also didn't like the black one. Our kits have always been a either white, blue or yellow (or a combination of them) so I never saw the need to introduce different colours.

I think Jansson and Hernandez not being top of the stats is purely down to how many games they have missed.
Without checking I'm assuming the four players who have played in all 16 games are BPF, Phillips, Klich and Alioski?

My lad has the blue away kit, looks really smart, like the yellow but prefer the blue.

Like others like to see us in all white as much as possible.

No preference on which is my favourite.

I didn't even bother with that gold top when they were giving it away free, I suppose it would have made a good duster :roflmao:

Like you say Chilli....embarrassing !

Good point Chilli

Stats can be so misleading

Pontus missed our first five games

Hernandez missed eight games I reckon

If you were picking your best CB, would you go for Jansson who has played for his country in the last World Cup or Cooper who can't even make it into Scotland's poorest international team.

Not knocking Coops as he's proved me wrong under Bielsa shrewd management & I would hate to be going into matches without either our classiest CB Jansson or Cooper right now even if we had Berardi & Ayling available to us

Same with our midfielders, on this seasons form it has to be Hernandez & Klich over Saiz every time, both consistently score goals & create assists which isn't the case with our little Spanish wizard

The official assists on whoscored only have Hernandez down for 4. Two against Derby and two against Ipswich. The Norwich one wasn't an assist, although the pass to Alioski was classed as a key pass. Roofe's goal against Wigan, had an assist from their goalkeeper.
