You nailed it - I'm fortunate to only have to take it as needed, along with Indomethacin for the inflammation.

Mr Swan used to get gout, he was on the allopurinol for a while but now takes Monteray cherry extract, buys them online every month and he hasn't had a gout episode since. He can quite happily enjoy a beer or wine or malt whilst on them

Brentford giving it their all.

21 shots they have so far...

Come on chaps give us a goal.

Owls two nil up. Been saying this for a while yet but they will have an influence on how this promotion race turns out.

Ipswich drawing with a playoff team again, but Brentford need to score to stay in the hunt. Reading the BBC site for the SU/B game Brentford are having a shot every couple of minutes

Sorry to hear about that Faaip.

At the time my left foot was really painful, and the meds I had from the docs were doing nothing but making me ill and not fixing the problem. What really worked well for me were natural solutions. The mrs used to juice me a full pint of frsh celery juice each night and I was taking cherry supplements and the gout was completely gone in 3 weeks.

I still have to be careful with booze, but I would recommend fresh celery juice, it works miracles and I have not taken any meds for gout since then :)

Bamford doing about all he can without scoring. Holding the ball up well, pressing well, creating space. Thank god he wasn't injured Saturday.
