Chelsea v Arsenal - Europa Cup Final

Post by 1964white »

The Londoners travel 2,500 miles to the Olympic stadium in Baku as both teams look to win their first trophy of the season.

Speculation it could be Sarri's last game in charge of Chelsea, it's certainly is Peter Cech's final game for the Gunners after his retirement announcement last month

So who will win the Europa Cup Final ?

Yes Hector always worn it since his skull fracture

He moved to Arsenal in 2015, played nearly 450 games in the premiership for the blues & the gunners

Can't remember what I predicted for the 5 games, but seeing as I'm bottom of the table, that's no loss.

Prefer Arsenal.

Would prefer Arsenal to win, but won't be watching as the wife booked us tickets to go and spend 'An Evening with Harry Redknap' at St. David's Hall in town.

I do like Harry Redknap (not his fault he's Frank's uncle) and I'm some there will be some amusing anecdotes to be told :moggy:

I'm allied with Arsenal by marriage, so they're the London team I root for when appropriate. I'm also quite a fan of both Lacazette and Aubamayang, always enjoy watching those two play.

Arsenal for me as well. Chelski sack Sarri, fat Fwank gets the job and is sacked within 3 months as Chelscum languish on the bottom of the Prem.

I would be shocked to see any Leeds fans pulling for Chelsea today.

I hate them almost as much as I hate scum.

Plus, my son is a Gunners fan (alas).

So out of the 22 players on the pitch for 2 "English" teams. there is only.............. ONE English player. Absolutely disgusting. :bear:
I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.

Agreed but something a lot here would like to see for LUFC...a team of expensive foreign imports.

Should be a rule in Euro trophies that 50% or your team must be qualified to play for the country that team lives..in fact I thought that was a rule tbh

Arsenal fall apart in the 2nd half

Fantastic header from Giroud
Superb strike from Pedro
Hazard scores a penalty
And another lovely finish from Hazard

Iwobi scores a stunner for Arsenal to no avail

Gunners horror show
