We need a goal scorer. Desperately.

I've been a big defender of Bamford, but his failure to convert today is what cost us this game.

Always a step slow to the ball today. Couldn't get anything on target......

I know we all have to be positive but 1 win in 6 is very worrying.

Ayling very poor there as was White, White has dipped and that's also concerning.

We're not putting teams away and then they puish us.

The pack are closing on us now and the run we're on is giving them hope.

First time this season we gave up after they scored, no fight in us whatsoever today...

when will radz and bielsa open their eyes and realise that we just won't get promoted with this bare bones squad?!

Kiko NEEDS to be dropped, cost us points AGAIN

We desperately need a new cf instead of bamford who was awful again today in front of goal. That and mediocre performances from just about everyone else (how bad was our passing)

How many times do we have to say, "It should have been 2-0 at the half"???

We huffed and puffed and blew our chances
same old same old, if the club does not invest , which it won't , we will still be a great Championship team, but no a Preiership team

Something needs to change because our form has dropped, key players have dropped and 6 points now the gap, at the rate we are playing that could go before February.

The once solid defence is leaking like a sieve and we are not clinical (sounds very familiar) identical to last season.

Gets forgotten but for most of last season our defence was solid and then the heavens opened.

Deja vu atm.

Fair play to Wednesday, they had a plan, we had naff all 2nd half.

He's always a step too slow, or needs 2/3 touches. Very poor header of the ball for the most part too. I have yet to see Paddy have one good game for us and he must be at around 100 shots plus at goal (and we create really good chances for him not half chances) and he's netted what 7 of them?

Maybe Wednesday having two more days to prepare for this game than us was significant, who knows?
Next week's game takes on extra significance now. Let's see what they're made of.
Perhaps one for the positive thread - still only one point off top.

Oh lets stop the negativity right here and now....we were undone by our own tactics, time to rethink?

Not sure excellent is quite accurate imo, he was alright but that one bad pass helped cost us a goal.

He wouldn't have done that 2 months ago, his performances aren't quite at the level they used to be imo.

Bamford not the only one poor in front of goal, makes you think what wonder boy is showing them.
Need fresh faces in or it will be the same as last year.

Just had a look at Brentford's fixtures and they have a 4 game run at the end of Feb/early March - Cardiff, Wednesday, Fulham, West Brom.
That could be season defining for them.

We were flat after Arsenal..It's a Leeds thing we've been like it since the days of the Don. But there's talent and ability right through the squad except at centre forward where we employ a donkey..a seven or 8 million pound donkey. Sorry I'm not buying this Nketiah can't hold the ball up, lead the line BS. He never got the chance to do any of that...

Strikers have to hit the back of the net, being able to defend a bit or run around like a headless chicken a lot ain't good enough. Needs to be dropped now and for all I care replaced with a life sized dummy.

It's a puzzle, Bielsa loves this high press fast break quick twitch offence built like a Ferrari, the beautiful game, and then put a 50cc Moped engine in. I really don't understand how that striker fit's into the way we want to play...Never have, never will and I expect I'll get a lot of posters tell me why and point to all kind of statistics..Not going to convince me.

The result is disappointing but I can handle that but something stinks in the state of Denmark and it the insistence on playing a league 1 striker..
