Forget Pontus Jansson's hat, Pablo Hernandez's feet are one of the most magical things I have ever seen at Elland Road. It's hard to believe he's been languishing in Qatar and Dubai, although latterly playing for Rayo Vallecano in La Liga, his skills deserve to be showcased at the highest level. Hernandez is clearly a class above most Championship footballers, his ball control, vision and passing are unbelievable and he scares the hell out of most defences when he runs at them. It's credit to Garry Monk and his relationships with players that he persuaded Hernandez to come to Yorkshire, he can't have been short of offers? He also has that tough streak that Leeds fans love, a player of undeniable skill but also prepared to put his foot in.

Pablo Hernandez is a joy to watch and he's exciting Leeds fans like no other player has done for years...
