Crosby stills and nash Marakesh express
Miles davis the only one I remember playing on cassete tape was In a silent way, on the breakup with my girlfriend on the boat from Calais to Dover
Chas and Dave I love them for the sideboard song and BEER
Scottish Steel and Irish Fire that's the weapon I desire.

Spot on 64 - contains the lyric "I once had an uncle who played for Red Star Belgrade"

Nightmare trying to find any musical links/references for Croatia

The Fall did a song called Zagreb.

I have several Fall albums including a 6cd Peel Sessions box-set, don't know that song mate. Must be on one of their other many albums I don't own

Crikey, I only knew the Stereophonics and Clash ones before Mr Google helped me 64 !! (Although I suspected that ZZ Top probably would come up trumps for Peru, as I think they've referenced most of Central/South America over the years)

With all 32 choices made the Groups are as follows:

Group A
Matt Monro (BBB)
Black Lips (BBB)
Kool and the Gang (Ges)
Simple Minds (Azkal)
So today's opener saw an, in the end, easy victory for Matt Monroe over the Black Lips - both in BBB's stable so the same winner, as loser.

Tomorrow sees:

(Ges) Kool & The Gang v Simple Minds (Azkal)
(RR) Crosby, Stills & Nash v The Offspring (Hector)
(BB) Extreme v Miles Davies (RR)
