EA Sports, official partner of the EFL has teamed up with Marching on Together to offer two lucky readers a pair of tickets to Leeds United vs Derby at Elland Road on Saturday 21st September.
Leeds United’s rivalry with Derby County goes back years, to the days when Don Revie and Brian Clough were bitter rivals and their teams battled at the top of the First Division in the early seventies. A rivalry perhaps forgotten by Leeds United fans which stirred again last season as the #spygate drama played out. Bielsa and Lampard pitted against each other as foes just like their predecessors it was inevitable the two managers would come to face each other in the play-offs.
Leeds may have had the upper hand in terms of victories, three to one, but Derby won when it mattered and a season which promised so much for Leeds United came crashing to a disappointing end. But this is a new season, hopes are restored and the two teams reignite their rivalry again for the first time this season at Elland Road on Saturday 21st September. Thanks to EA Sports, official partner of the EFL we have two pairs of tickets for the game to give away.
