Patrick Bamford, Livin' on a Prayer

In a rather bizarre turn of events this morning the one and only Jon Bon Jovi gave Patrick Bamford some words of encouragement ahead of tonight’s game against Middlesbrough. Speaking on TalkSport Bon Jovi said; “Yeah Patrick, he’s great! He gets motivated listening to Bon Jovi before a game. What could be better than that?” Pressed for some words of motivation for Bamford the platinum selling Rockstar said; “Patrick, I’m holding your next game cheque! You score, you get it! You don’t score, I keep it! How’s that for motivation?”




Bon Jovi went on to dedicate his new song to the Leeds strike, “I’ve got Patrick’s new theme song and it’s called Limitless!” So with Bamford only ‘half way there’ in terms of his goals tally this season, here’s hoping that after that pep talk from his idol he can ‘give it a shot’ tonight and bag a few goals against his former club.
