Could this be Leeds United’s new Adidas away shirt?

Ever since the rumours of Leeds United signing a new kit deal with Adidas for the 2020/2021 season there have been concept kits and speculation all over social media. But now football rumours website Footy Headlines has revealed what it claims is a leak of Leeds United’s new Adidas away shirt for next season. The shirt features a clean, classic Adidas look, with stripes in two shades of blue, combined with gold Adidas stripes and a tape on the inner neck. There are some echoes with the 1994/95 blue and green shirt work by Tony Yeboah and the 2008/09 blue striped shirt work by Jermaine Beckford.

The Adidas logo is embroidered on the right of the chest with the Leeds United shield on the left-hand side. The two-tone blue stripes continue onto the back and sleeves as well and on the back, just below the collar, is a small Yorkshire rose. There are no sponsors logos on the ‘leaked’ images but 32Red still have a year left on their deal with Leeds having signed a two-year extension last summer. If these are images of the real design, Leeds will hope to wear this new shirt in their first Premier League campaign since 2003/04 next season following the switch from Kappa.

What do you think? Is it Leeds enough for you?

A few days on and I still don't like it one bit . Hoping it's a joke or hoax as I won't be getting this if it's for real . Been spoilt by Kappa maybe , I like their stuff . Agree it looks Thistle Hotel era , but not as good and they were okay but not great IMO , did like the blue yellow stripes but not so much the green blue one , this is the green blue but worse . Please be a hoax .

I can't see that being genuine just from a "fit" point of view - that's more Thistle hotels era than 32 Red......looks like an Adidas kit we would have worn years ago - way too retro. Get our skin and bone Bielsa squad in that on a breezy day and they'll take off!

:( very disappointing if that is genuine.

I had great hopes for the adidas kit as I've always rated adidas (unlike Nike - whose kits IMO are crap) designed kits above the rest. Although to be fair Kappa have done a pretty good job over the last few seasons.

I was hopeful it would be our best kit since the Admiral/Smiley days !

Same here, I quite like the blue stripes, but the collar is naff and the yellow on the shoulders looks like epaulets.
Exactly! It's like they were going for sergeant's stripes and couldn't remember how to orient them. Ridiculous.

I can live with the colours. The collar is awkward and the stripes on the shoulders look goofy. Overall, not a good look imo.
