Re: Jean-Kévin Augustin- Injured

True. But he only got injured this week. Otherwise he wouldn’t make the bench. I just see another one striker waste of a player and money. I have no doubt that the tough training, which he wasn't used to, affected him But that's the type of fitness level that Bielsa demands of his players when they...

He passed a medical before he signed, his injury has been picked up in training.

It neither condemns nor exonerates Bielsa.
There is a difference between passing a standard medical and being fit enough to play the Bielsa way though.

Re: Middlesbrough v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Berardi in for Phillips, Kiko Starts, No JKA!

I think it's harsh to have a go at him for that one. We also have to praise him for the work in the build up to Pablo's shot which lead to the goal and he had a decent effort earlier. The headers straight at the keep are starting to piss me off a bit though. Yes the highlights showed some good supp...

Just watched the highlights.

While it would be great if Bamford was a better goalscorer, with that chance from the Ayling cross, he is in no way to blame. No-one would have scored in that situation.

Injured is he?

Proof that Bielsa has made the right decision not picking him yet.

Three consecutive 1-0 wins. I know it's 'only' three but surely that is some kind of record.

Great to see that we have continued out comeback and at last are getting the results that we deserve again.

Even a stopped watch is right twice a day and I agree with him here.
Only the old-fashioned analog ones :)

I'd give him credit, but he just moans for the sake of it, without any real analysis of the situation.

o/t Peter Kay - misheard lyrics

I'm a big Peter Kay fan, and this I can especially identify with as I mishear lyrics all the time

If you plan to play Ayling and Costa on the left and Dallas and Harrison on the right, then I'm glad that Bielsa is our coach ;)

Three deliberate errors in one thread, bit OTT ;)
