There's a rumour doing the rounds that Leeds and Saiz have mutually agreed to terminate his contract.

As I said, its a rumour tho.

He was due back today wasn't he?

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Mon 15th July) - Klich, FFP, Phillips and Captain Cooper

Could Klich be joining Bailey Peacock Farrell at Turf Moor? Klich is pretty key, involved in a lot of out god play last season. Shack may have more oportunities this season but Klich is definitely in the starting 11. Wendies exploit FFP loophole FFP is a complete faliure, it does nothing to ensure ...

The Burley Banksy, painting Leeds white, yellow and blue

Last season was a fantastic one for Leeds United, despite ultimately missing out on promotion a sense of pride was restored to the city by Marcelo Bielsa and his team. Leeds United shirts were worn more and more around the city but there was another surprising emergence of the white, blue and yellow...

Re: Australia Tour

Dallas is defnitely a Beielsa favorite, versatile and can cover a lot of positions.

BPF seems to be out of favour.

Leeds United squad head down under

https://motforum.com/images/th/2019_downunder.png Leeds United are now well on their way to their pre-season tour in Australia, but not everyone is on the plane. A relatively small squad of 16 players, a mixture of first team and U23s, make the trip across the world to take on Manchester United and...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Fri 12th July)

The word is Bielsa is refusing to take BPF, Shackleton, White, Costa, Clarke and Alioski to Australia. He wants them to work on their fitness and routines at TA. Thoughts? Alioski pick up an injury last night? Surprised re Shack, would have thought he would have been in and around the first team tr...

Re: Match Thread - Guiseley AFC v Leeds Utd (Thu 11th July)

Saw some stats which suggested that his tackling/duels won is poor compared to our other defenders and defensive mids in the division. Up there with the best on picking up second balls though. He plays quite high for a DM, it's often the scraps from the breakdown of attacks he feeds on. Wins those ...

£10m for a player who is only effective coming off the bench

He's young, he'll learn as he develops. He has only had limited first team exposure. £10 is a bit of a gamble for Spurs but they like to invest in young English talent, for the most part it has paid off for them.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Fri 12th July)

Unbeaten pre season run continues York was a great performance, quick off the mark they looked fit and sharp. First half against Guiseley not quite so composed but the second hald was good. Harrison and Costa the stand-outs so far. A lot of promise shown by the U23/U18 lads though, the future is br...

Yes is there any wonder there wasn't much fluency

I assume you are referring to Phillips, White, Shackleton & Costa

I think Klitch gets the nod over Shack from Bielsa's point of view but I would love to see Shack start.

Likewise, Berardi probably starts in defence but White looks decent.

Re: Match Thread - Guiseley AFC v Leeds Utd (Thu 11th July)

Good workout tonight with the majority playing 90 minutes football Didn't think tonight's team looked anywhere near as fit & sharp as the squad that played against York. Lots of errors & little fluency particularly in the first-half nevertheless we showed resilience gaining a victory in the end. Fi...
