Re: Today's Games - Man City v Inter Milan. 8pm

Please City, don’t fail now. One more game to match that treble of the other lot, and stop them going on and on and on about it. Beers cooling nicely, takeaway ordered later, please don’t spoil the night 🤞🤞🤞 Not sure that comes into play We're the only club to win the treble We were the first club ...

Kinnear knows more about the business absolutely Picking managers? Tactics? Playing philosophy? No guarantee on that. He shouldn't be anywhere near this decision. But he is. Maybe maybe not, but he's probably seen more live football than you or I probably interacted with more players, probably talk...

Re: Tyler Adams

There was talk on the Breakfast Debate today over whether we missed him as much as we thought we missed him. For me the difference was glaringly obvious. Adams broke down the opposition, scampered back in defence faster, and filled gaps at the back faster than any other player. We were much more su...

60M player sold for 35 due to a clause in his contract... I don't think Brighton come off quite as well as the Brighton fans here think they did

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 9th June) - Daniel Farke new favourite to take the reigns at Elland Road

I think it was definitely the case of people linking his absence to us conceding lots of goals and forgetting how we were getting ripped open earlier on in the season, especially when the opposition had midfielders unmarked and queueing up to score whilst Adams was out of position having chased aft...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 9th June) - Daniel Farke new favourite to take the reigns at Elland Road

Farke has championship credentials and plays good football. Prefer Vierra or Rodgers but Farke would be 3 on my realistic list We don't need to offer Adam a contract, we have an option to extend already ... Losing Adams is not a body blow, fairly certain he wouldn't stay and he was no Kalvin .... Re...

Re: Album of 2006 (Part II) - VOTE NOW

The top two are the only ones I would actually listen to. I'm not really a Winehouse fan, I just thought it was objectively better than the others. Same with Burial... I liked the atmosphere of it, but the clicky annoying beats would prevent me revisiting. Back to Black was massively disappointing ...

Re: A to Z of Pop - Your favourite three AC/DC songs.

Different vibes... I don't really consider early AC/DC to be metal, or even particularly heavy rock, just raw, energetic rock n roll. Other things in the car... Tom Petty, Happy Mondays... stuff that doesn't require too much listening attention. Petty for me to Damn the Torpedoes ... after that not...

Surprised about the Burial, but we agree on 4. Just the Winehouse didn't hit my top 5 and though it's clearly a good album I have issues with it..
