Re: Coronavirus

So the answer is refuse to follow direction from those elected, because "we know better" I will say it again, as have other's... I truly despair at what I am reading regarding this pandemic. Here in the USA most of our "we know better" people seem to be right wing Trump followers. Reading the comme...

Kemar Roofe

I saw that Rangers won 5-1 today. I looked to see if Roofe was among the goals.
Roofe has a calf injury which will keep him sidelined until after the next international break!
Although he was a good player I think we made the correct decision in letting him go.

Re: Coronavirus

New deaths do not neccesarily equate to new deaths from Cornona. Given that the average age of 'covid related' deaths in the majority of countries is 85 years old then the isolated figure doesn't take into account how many of the suppossed extra deaths would have happened anyway. It may come as sho...

Re: Sheffield Utd v Leeds Utd - MATCH THREAD - Hernandez still out, Roberts in for Rodrigo

What a great performance and result. Any one who thought that Messi couldn't get down to low shots was proved wrong today. Plus I don't feel the dread I did with Kiko when the high balls are coming in. Poveda appears to be very confident on the ball and wants to take people on. A couple of times tod...

Re: Coronavirus

Smudge just tell me would prefer to develop immunity through contracting the virus ( where you have 99% chance of survival ) or develop immunity through a vaccine that you do not know the long term side effects? Here is a little video that although bordering on the scifi, may give you an insight in...

Re: This JKA thing could lead to a transfer ban

If the contract stated we had to be in the Premier League by a particular date then I think we don't have to pay.
If it said promoted to the premier league in the 2019-2020 season then we have to pay up. Then bring him in and try to get him Bielsa fit. He did look like he could play a bit.

Re: Here we go again.........

I suspect that you are having a jibe at me there but this is a clip from New York Post. Some bad breath just can’t be covered up. Now that dentists have reopened their doors, they’re having patients show up with a nasty set of symptoms, which the doctors have dubbed “mask mouth.” The new oral hygie...

Re: Here we go again.........

It isn't though as those events would have brought a rise in cases there and then. not a few months later. There wasn't a spike in Liverpool after they celebrated winning the title, likewise there wasn't an immediate spike in Leeds after fans celebrated together after winning promotion. What we hav...

Re: Here we go again.........

just read that dentists are reporting problems from people wearing masks bad breath, receding gums, gingivitis tooth decay so dental hygiene is somehow being compromised. Sent from my Redmi Note 8 Pro using Tapatalk Dentists! It's not true. Rubbish! You're crazy if you believe what experts, health ...

Re: Here we go again.........

It doesn't mean that at all - it means that if he had covid19, the covid19 is not what killed him but the injuries from the car accident. When it comes down to it, I really don't care what it says on the death certificate. Let's take that out of the argument. Can you explain to me why we have had s...

Re: Here we go again.........

The only statistic worth anything is % of deaths actually from Covid-19 and not with covid-19 where other diseases or simple old-age may be partly or wholly responsible, then sorted by age group. So following that logic, a 75 years old man with say a heart condition, who gets hit by a car and dies ...

If that's the case, I wonder what he meant this year when he said "I want Koch".

Re: Take Us Home: Leeds United - Series two out now, this time it has a happy ending!

Just finished watching it and it was great. I'm 68 (today) and I spent the last part of the second episode with tears running down my face! :verysad: To see the unbridled joy and passion from the players and the staff and the management at achieving what they did just blew me away. The players, part...

Re: The Pencil - RUMOUR

A friend of mine knows the pencils posh cousin (mechanical pencil) and they told him that the pencil is always breaking down which makes the move pointless.
They should just cut him.
Although Bielsa can probably sharpen him up.
