MOT everyone, always like the debate on here but we have not lost a league game in 2024 have we? If it ain't broke etc. Everyone has opinions whether based on research , what they see or a hunch or two. Love the passion each one has and should have. BUt in the spirit of the facts. We are 2nd and unb...

Re: RIP To Those Departed
Very sad, used to go see the R's with my QPR mate as it was easy to go to Loftus Rd in the late 70s and early 80s from our Poly and you could get in without hassle. Stan Bowles used to always entertain the crowd with something. Remember him doing keepy ups to get pass a couple of defenders. Had one ...

This is effectively done here in the NHL. Have a person dedicated to keep time on sin bin players.

Re: RIP To Those Departed -
Sad to see the passing of Annie Nightingale. Always was good to listen to her musical choices over the 70s to now on the Beeb. She did a great turn on the Old Grey Whistle Test too. Along with Peely and Jenson , was good to listen too.

Re: 10 Game mark review
The season only started for me proper, in late August - Ipswich (A) with the current squad. The rest of August was a mishmash of comings and going’s and we were two weeks behind nearly every other team especially with the ownership delay. I’ve gone with 8 because of this, 7 is a more realistic scor...

Re: Where do you live
Same, from my time, and having family, in Bedford. Watched them a bit when they were non-league and I happened to be down there again. It's a shame how many from Beds support the London clubs though. Hi Sara, Used to play cricket up Bedford way, Ampthill, Kempston, Silsoe, Clophill, Polloxhill and ...

Re: Where do you live
Grew up in Luton late 60s, supported Leeds, was surrounded by Chelski (deep hatred for that team) and Arse fans. Moved to Boston Massachusetts in late 80s. Not a newbie US / Leeds fan by any road. Still have affection for the Hatters, used to see some good games in the 70s.

Re: LUST/Angus Kinnear
What he said makes great sense in terms of protecting the club from a financial meltdown, however it only achieves that aim and basically makes the job of getting promoted again incredibly hard. It also shows a complete lack of faith in Orta in that we expected most of the players values to decreas...

Part of the Revie generation too, with quite a few of you here.
Agree with '64, will not see the likes of that team unless we have a huge investment or there is some realignment on equity of finance such as a cap.

Yes remember that game well '64. Living in North London at the time. Was surrounded by a lot of Spurs fans. Brian Moore was always pleased as punch to intro Spurs games on the Big Match. A little London bias to say the least.

Re: Jesse Marsch
First time I watched Leeds in 1964, so I suspect you are correct  Saw those great Spurs teams in the 60s/70s several times. Jennings, England, Knowles, Norman, Mullery, Kinnear, Robertson, Greaves, Gilzean, Mackay, Venables, Saul, Jones, Chivers, etc. Missed out on seeing the great Danny Blanc...
