Re: Why don't you like Chelsea?
I grew up in a town that had no American football; we all played proper football and the program was excellent. They arranged for all us kids who played to watch the 1970 FA Cup final - and the replay - via a closed circuit feed in my school auditorium. Fell in love with Bremner and Leeds and learne...

Re: 38 days to Wolves - Current Match day squad
Pretty certain there will be at least two, if not three, players still to com who will figure prominently.
Mapping it out as you did, faiip, demonstrates the absolute necessity of that happening.

Re: How long you can keep a doughnut before it goes stale?
Any tips for keeping doughnuts, or donuts for our American friends, fresh? I have a friend, incredible as it may seem, who used to work for a well known doughnut (donut) factory and part of his job was to collect doughnuts (donuts) from the shops towards the end of the evening if they hadn't sold. ...

Re: Raphinha - Chelsea closing in on a deal (David Ornstein)
Do we know that we asked for money up front? Or did Scum II offer it to sweeten the deal?
Gutted. Not because we’re losing a great player (we knew he wouldn’t be staying), but because he’ll be playing for those (expletive deleted).

Re: Kalvin Phillips.- £42mil Man City deal close
Possible they wanted to cut a deal sooner rather than later so as not to miss out on a possible replacement. Won't pass judgment on this deal until I see who we get in to replace him. Thank you, Kalvin, for all you've done for the club. Best of luck to you in the future (although we expect an own go...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 22nd June) - Arsenal now favourites to sign Raphinha
See we're being linked to Tyler Adams again; probably because he's America and nothing to do with his undoubted lack of ability to cut it in the PL. Very happy that Minamino is going somewhere else. Tyler Adams can cut it in any league. If we have to replace Kalvin we could do a lot worse than Adam...

Just read a report that said Arsenal tabled an offer for Raphinha, but it was far too little and was rejected out of hand.

Re: Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips
Apparently no concrete bids for Phillips or Raphinha. If we keep them and bring in no other transfers, we have five center backs, Kristensen and Firpo, Kalvin and Roca in the defensive midfield, Raphinha and Harrison on the wings, Aaronson, and some combination of Bamford, Rodrigo, Gelhardt and Jam...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 21st June) Bielsa could be back in Management by the weekend
I'm not sure someone who takes part in anti-Semitic chanting should be seen as an anti-hero. Leeds still suffers by reputation from the bad old days of the NF on the terraces, the Bowyer-Woodgate trial and Casilla's racism. Bringing this chap in seems like self-harm. Agreed. There are other wingers...
