Re: Helder Costa: Wolves winger completes £16m Leeds move on four-year contract

A bit underwhelmed by this announcement, think he’s done ok at times but never set the world a light a bit like Jackie Harrison’s first season so hopefully next season is his time to shine

Just signed an extension.

Loves the high wages imo.

But to answer your question, yes, Marcelo would love him too as he plays everywhere.
Agree, I also think he’d love to end his career here but those high wages will be a big stumbling block

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Leeds Utd Match Thread

It’s a must win but Mowbray will park the 11 man bus inside their 18yd box and hope for a lucky break and as we are a very generous club we’ll no doubt give them a couple of chances at least

Could Have Been A Legend

I’ve thought about this a few times over the years players that never played for Leeds or did but only for a short period of time but you feel they would have made an impact here because they got us and the fans would have loved them. This doesn’t necessary have to be the most skilful but more about...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 30th June) Mitrovic accepts three game ban

Always rated Mitrovic as a player but after Saturday it’s obvious he’s a bully and a coward and deserves the punishment, him accepting the punishment means nothing he had no choice. The FA and EFL should have sorted FFP months ago but as we all know if it’s Leeds they can sort things out very quickl...

Re: Derby county

Declared Champions by beating them, so they have to give us a guard of honour off the pitch, then nick their open top bus that will be parked outside as they’d hope to get to drive it through the city to celebrate their biggest game of the year.

Re: Competing in the premiership...

I’ll start the bidding at Douglas a £5 not sure what I could use him for as he’d be off sick most of the time Bambi £3 as he could teach my granddaughter how to be posh and a proper Princess plus I can remind him how many times he missed the goal and pissed me off Just thought could use Douglas to ...

Re: Competing in the premiership...

We will be able to offload some players such as Douglas and possibly Bamford, however that's not going to raise a huge amount. I personally don't think that Bamford would be of any use in the Premier League. I’ll start the bidding at Douglas a £5 not sure what I could use him for as he’d be off sic...

Re: Retrospective punishment

The elbow to White was deliberate and well after the ball had gone that’s why the Ref and Lino were looking the other way and missed it. If that had been on the streets he would have been arrested and yes if there had been VAR he would have been sent off. Apparently the EFL day didn't see it either ...

Re: Leeds Utd v Fulham - MATCH THREAD

I've never understood the vital cog in the system argument, his movement is poor, he has very poor footwork, not a natural finisher. You'd grade him fairly low as a player that can hold the ball up, he can but so could 50 other strikers in the Championship most of whom could finish better. The runs...
