Re: The Premier League Weekend Chat

Two good teams Spurs and Arsenal.

Think Arsenal have a better squad but Spurs have a better manager.

If I was Potter I'd be concerned.

Was having a read of the Chelsea forum to get there reaction to Orta (not much to say).

But they aren't overly happy with there new ownership.

Re: The player polls - The "Striker"

Not easy. Bamford is having to be managed and has been for a long time. That is always a red flag, when players start having to have there training managed it rarely ever stops and it shows how Fragile his fitness is. He is also miles off sharp as we saw vs Brentford. Rodrigo has had a decent start ...

Re: Adam Forshaw

Getting a little annoying. When is his contract up? Summer 2023, but the club have an option to extend it to 2024. You'd hope that they would let him go in 2023 as surely by our 4th Premier League season we will have moved beyond Adam Forshaw? But we all know he will come back for the final 5 games...

Re: Jesse Marsch pre Villa

Forshaw injured (because of course he is).

Lots of sucking up to Orta.

Talked about Touchline ban

International break

Player fitness

Villa playing style.

Firpo, Kristensen, Cooper back.

Gnonto is now a Premier League ready player apparently.

Jesse Marsch pre Villa

Marsch's here - injuries Archie Gray incident at home stubbed his toe and fractured a bit of his big toe. Out for two weeks and another two weeks. Dallas good recovery. Specialist feeling like he's doing well. On track Forshaw twisted his ankle this week, unavailable. Touchline ban I don't agree wt...

Re: Who am I? - Who is next in the chair?

I never have watched that. Do love a gangster film/series. Must be able to watch on catchup or whatever. Goodfellas is brilliant but I love Tom Hanks in Road To Perdition. Very underrated film. It will be on catchup somewhere. Was brilliant, full of really underrated actors and actresses. Prefer it...

Re: What is the point in persevering with Victor Orta?

So are the billionaires at Chelsea. Seems they know more than the peanut throwing hecklers on here. Seriously. I will reiterate. Every Orta success lands us a bigger financial gain than every Orta failure costs. Complain about any number of transfers you want. His policy, overall, has made our squa...
