Shame

Time for Antony and especially Dan James to step up (justify that ludicrous price tag)

Daniel Farke pre Watford

Dallas is back First of all I'm delighted for him. It's been a long road for him. He was involved in team training yesterday. The group were waiting otuside to give him a welcome. Not just on the pitch but off the pitch, he's important. I like to talk to him. He is a legend here because he's done s...

Re: Joel Piroe

Much like the Wendies game yesterday totally passed him by. 2 shots neither on target, 0 chances created. Wasnt even like the Sheffield Wednesday game where it was obvious he was far to deep (heat maps showed that day he was on the halfway way line most). Vs Hull it shows he is where you'd expect a ...

Re: Georginio Rutter

Strange performance from Georgie.

Link play was good, used his body well to hold the ball up, had a decent effort or two.

And yet that miss 1st half was so so bad.

Bamford would be getting hammered if that was him.

Can someone please explain the 'love in' for CC, when will you actually ever see the light, what is it you don't understand about umpteen managers of ALL different styles of play that whilst MANAGING Leeds United have never sought to start CC and only call on him as a last resort ? Now why in heave...

Re: Charlie Cresswell

Most managers will pick experience over talent. It's safe . Ayling has had his moments this season but he's been generally below average form wise all season, I'm not convinced Spence would have started even if fit. Surprised to see our leading scorer sacrificed last night too. Did Struijk keep hol...

Re: Daniel Farke

So positives are we have only lost 1. We have 3 clean sheets in a row. We are not far from the playoffs and have played well most of the time. But wins need to come soon, in 18/19 Norwich had less points at this stage but went on to win 11 of 15 only losing once (top of the table us,had 4 less point...

Re: Charlie Cresswell

Liam Cooper made a great block towards the end but was all over the place at times. Surely the logical choice for right sided cb Rodon was right sided cb Cresswell? Strange call from Farke I felt and one that indicates ageing Cooper will start vs Watford whilst left sides cb Struijk Is shoehorned to...

He's a last 20 minute sub vs a tired opposition.

As a starter he's frustrating and largely ineffective.

Summerville put him to shame.

Re: Hull City v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Yes but look at the bigger picture. At the start of the season we needed to stop letting goals in and build some resilience in defense. Then we needed to start finding players who could score some. We've done both those things and this pattern will lead to winning more games. Its like playing in a ...

Daniel Farke post Hull

Farke's here - good point? Definitely, yes, If you had offered me a point on the road before the game, after Millwall and Hull's good start to the season, as well as a clean sheet, I would not have taken it, but admitted it would be a good result. Divided post-match. After 65 minutes it was when an...

We need to start winning games.

You can only throw away so many and the top 2 this season so far are doing better than normal.

Sheffield United had 14 this time last season Preston have 19

Just frustrated

A good point in isolation but we should have won that.

And 2 wins from 7 and 8 from the top 2 isn't good enough.

Sigh

Better team, controlling the game, should be winning but aren't.

A few players need to wake up though.
