Re: A to Z of Pop - Your favourite 3 RADIOHEAD songs?
So many great songs. Watched three live concerts from different decades, with each video, I'm changing my mind, It's like asking me to pick my three favourite Beatles/Bowie/Stones songs. Same. Picking favourites from bands with such a deep and diverse catalogue is very subjective. So much of it is ...

Even since Guilavogui came in, there have been games when all three have been on the benchEllandback1 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 13, 2024 9:00 pm We've had so many injuries that Farke has taken the unprecedented steps of bringing in an out of contract player, whilst Crew and Debayo have 5 minutes of league time between them.

Re: Preston North End v Leeds United Match Day Thread
The Under 21 league is terrible. Crew and Debayo have 5 minutes of league game time between them. Why not send them to a league 2 side where they're going to get lots of game time, and help them develop. Would agree if we make a couple more signings. Our u21 is the most inexperienced it's been in a ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 13th December) Leeds fans hit back at Carrick
The truth is, Southampton were better than us three times. Both Leicester & the Saints didn't have as much squad upheaval as Leeds. The foxes basically came down to the Championship with a Premier League team. And Ipswich exceeded all expectations, achieving promotion. The Tractor boys also ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 13th December) Leeds fans hit back at Carrick
Farke choose not to use them. Point was they weren't bad players clearly, just badly used. Whether that was right or wrong who knows but it wasn't a lack of quality it was a lack of faith, that is on Farke his choice. He seems to trust this seasons better which hopefully continues because I think ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 13th December) Leeds fans hit back at Carrick
Hit the nail on the head. For whatever reasons Farke did not look to his bench much last season, but he does now. I doubt very much it is because he looked at this forum for inspiration . It is likely he got the players he wanted to create depth for this season, rather than ostensibly relying on ...

Re: Dan James
Why is his attitude 100% better ? I have no qualms about BA’s attitude this season. Dan has a few years on him and as a player - maturity and experience is important. I'm not a fan of making comparisons either. Everyone is a product of their environment and experiences. BA is 3 or 4 years younger t ...

Most questions seems to be around full backs
Sounds like a case of fittest man available on both sides - 2 from Bogle, Byram, Wober. And next in line, I'm not sure.

Re: Preston North End v Leeds United Match Day Thread
What Farke said about not wanting to send players out on loan for 'a few months' (actually 5), so the likes of Chambers, Crew, Joffy and Debayo all rot! There's a reason why players like Louis Barry have progressed. He's gone out every window since he was 18, picking up experience, getting stronger ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 13th December) Leeds fans hit back at Carrick
Better squad this season: Full back: Last season Byram was the only back up on both sides. This season we have more options Center back: We have Max Wober, an experienced Austrian international, vs Cooper or Cresswell Midfield: Our 2 starting CM's from last season have been out for weeks with injury ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 13th December) Leeds fans hit back at Carrick
Gnonto & James have scored more goals & made more assists than Anthony. Even Ramazani beat Anthony with goals/assists on limited game time. Soloman only one assist fewer than Anthony. This obsession with Jaidon Anthony needs to stop. I'm sure Anthony's numbers are more inflated given that he's ...

Same as I was saying after game, Carrick was just smarting and licking his teams collective wounds they got what they deserved out of the game....nothing, although they ought to be greatful to come and breath in gods finest fresh air the smoggy rats. Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 12th December) Pope hints at January exit for Bamford
He does have 4 assists and 2 goals in just 938 Premier League minutes which is a better ratio than Bamford and infact is only slightly worse than Bamford in the Championship. Think people forget how impressive Joffy was. Levels above Joseph, its a real shame he's been criminally mismanaged for ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 12th December) Pope hints at January exit for Bamford
Blunts fan commented online tonight, Doak gave them more problems than any other winger this season. Wilder had to sub their full-back McCallum after 60 minutes as Doak was running him ragged, Norrington-Davies replaced McCallum & he also endured the same treatment from the Scottish scouser ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 12th December) Pope hints at January exit for Bamford
Bamford can't dine out indefinitely on one good FA Cup goal. He has to show something in training to get in the team. He can't be doing that because he's now moved down to 3rd in the batting order. I reckon the club would love to move him on but who buys with his injury and goals-per-game record ...

Re: Brenden Aaronson
Brenden has scored five goals in 20 appearances. Georginio scored six goals in 44 appearances, last season. Goal contributions (notably assists) were much higher for Georgi. But we know he had a panic attack every time he was in front of goal. He's only scored two for Brighton, but I must have seen ...

Re: Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia stinks of being a money choice. It's great that they're building a competitive league over there. How's their women's league? Maybe they should be forced to host a women's world cup before they get the men's world cup. Cue reenactments of the Brandy Chastain goal celebration. I'm all in ...

Maybe people just expect this sort of thing now . Can we assume another winter time world cup then . I think also the 2030 one is Spain , Portugal and Morocco.....but also Uruguay and Argentina hosting some matches . Might have been an idea as the 100 year anniversary to have it again in Uruguay as ...
