Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 20th November) - Leeds need another Striker, Whelan

Whelan again, pfft. My first Leeds game was at Hillsborough, I would have been in my 30s, and I think we lost. I wasn't really switched on to football then, I'm a late developer. My partner at the time supported Wednesday, so it would have been in the home end. I do remember a large number of Leeds ...

Re: Our Yorkshire Farm

Don't watch telly, but I'd love to have grown up on a farm. So grateful I grew up in the countryside in a pre digital world, where I could spend all day out in the fields and woods.

Steve Hillage + Gong Sheffield O2 18.11.2019 I have to support Gong because my friend, Dave, is their bass player, and I always liked Steve Hillage's early solo stuff, because it was basically Gong without Daevid Allen. That ' whimsical' (read annoying) flying teapot bollocks was always the fly in t...

Feet up the chimney today. The King Crimson biography arrived yesterday, so I have 608 pages of that to tuck into. Off to York and Whitby end of next week.

Re: Sheffield Wednesday charged with breaching ffp rules

Indeed we are Sara. But there are Leeds fans on here (some long term members) who rarely discuss/engage in LUFC matters I wonder how many are put off by the problem of being constantly logged out. You have to be pretty determined if you want to follow a thread during the course of a day, sometimes ...

Re: 2019/20 Transfer Rumours & Discussion Thread

Lowest net spend, and yet we're competing at the top for the second season running. Whereas Stoke, for example, have spent tens of millions and made dozens of signings. Bielsa is not Harry Redknapp, he doesn't work by flinging the cheque book at it. White, Costa, Nketiah, Casilla, all quality player...

Peter Gabriel III and IV are my favourites of the solo stuff. 'So' is a very good album, but I haven't listened to it for years. Still listen to early Genesis regularly though.

I hear Derby fans are getting the match result tattooed on their bell ends.   They'll be waving them around in my vicinity, unfortunately. Could they be any more annoying! I wish Whelan would stfu. I see the headline about Ben White, panic, and then discover it's just more hot air f...

Lip reading analysts have come back with the revelation that Kiko was actually saying, the FA are negligent.

Awkward.

Obviously it would be annoying if Clarke went to Forest and did well, but he'd be no loss to us.

I'm glad Kiko is fighting to prove his innocence. Apparently he has asked for a personal hearing. There is also evidence of anti racist statements he has made in the past.
