Re: Jack Harrison, Worth £10 million?

He's unplayable on his day, the best at controlling long passes, and beating defenders in tight spots. He's also very dangerous when he gets in a central position, and seems tireless in tracking back. We have to give him a proper contract this summer.

Re: Burnley v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Phillips & Raphinha in for Koch & Roberts

One thing that irritates me when commentators/pundits talk about our defence is that they simply comment on our overall record and don't acknowledge how much better we have been in the second half of the season. It's not an anti-Leeds thing before they are full of compliments about us overall, but ...

Lovely goal from Klich, so pleased for him. Despite the early pressure we look so much more solid at the back now. Llorente makes it look easy.

Re: Mrs. Bielsa...

Still the best line about Bielsa is by that pretty shrewd observer, Patrick Bamford, who commented during the first season that he didn't want to make them better players, but better people. And he has, he has moulded a team of wonderful players that play superb football with a swagger and a smile,...

Re: Rowntree's fruit pastels

Never heard of Makro, and never get to any of the big supermarkets, so I'm beholden to the whim of my local shops. There's a post office where I go on holiday that has them, so I always clear them out. It's probably just as well, otherwise I'd die of refresher poisoning. Don't know if it's just nost...
