Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 5th December) - The writing is on the wall for Nketiah

Gayle was on between 40-45k a week. He's played 4 games for Newcastle. No way would he be fit enough to play Bielsaball True. Unless of course the deal can be done now and then he could sign on Jan 1st and be ready for the beginning of Feb? Thing is the same will apply to anyone who gets brought. S...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 5th December) - The writing is on the wall for Nketiah

Asked about our defence Mb has just said this:

We are working here for a long time. In this case, we are lacking three players in this part of the team, but we think we are in good position to resolve this.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 5th December) - The writing is on the wall for Nketiah

Is Eddie's loan deal costing us around £5m ? My prediction is if Nketiah goes we'll bring in Gayle on loan, just a feeling! Edmondson is going out on loan to a L1 or L2 club, that is definite January transfer news Last season the talk was that Gayles wages were 50K a week. Could we afford that plus...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 5th December) - The writing is on the wall for Nketiah

For me Eddie has a presence. Defenders know he is dangerous and will be more worried about him than PB. Eddie possesses real pace and skill and is a finisher.. I'm not sure PB possesses any of these qualities, yes he can score goals but after needing how many attempts previously ? Eddie is the only...

Re: Huddersfield Town v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Could it be a game to switch things around, I like the back 4 as it is, they play well as a unit, why disrupt it. .......................Kiko Ayling..........White............Cooper.........Dallas Hernandez........Klich......Shackleton..........Harrison ...............Bamford...............Eddie......

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 5th December) - The writing is on the wall for Nketiah

Ian, Nketiah was interviewed following scoring a hatrick for the U21's and was asked about not starting games at Leeds. How much of a warning did Leeds need? He scored a hattrick for England U21's and still ignored. 1184371000873537536 I saw that at the time and had hoped that he would be rewarded ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 5th December) - The writing is on the wall for Nketiah

If it wasn't for a dodgy penalty we'd be top now, still second 5 points clear of third,on an eight game unbeaten run and that loss was because of three substantial reffering decisions, yet still he gets questioned and criticised, what would it be like if we were mid table or worse, yes perhaps then...

Re: Huddersfield Town v Leeds Utd Match Thread

I'm not convinced a back three without Ben White is a good move.

I shudder at the thought of Ayling, Berra and Cooper against a front two.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 5th December) - The writing is on the wall for Nketiah

Eddie was kept out of the starting 11 from a mis firing slow CF That was called as a mistake at the time and if this story is true the mistake grows bigger by the week. For all those who will play the Bielsa didnt want him card( they think) even if true good managers use the tools they have been giv...

Morning folks. Last seasons debacle was the culmination of calamities imo. All of contributed to Wigan and after that. Spygate Injury crisis and a small injury prone squad. We know why it is small but why are these guys injury prone? Genetics, training and tactics- MBs fluid system requires not only...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 3rd December) - Memories of 1972 as Leeds head to Emirates for FA Cup encounter

Morning Folks. Keeper rushing out made it easy for the striker to fall over him. Mistake by ref but can’t see any retrospective taking place. We won’t sign a name striker. Who would come to sit on the bench? Eddie must stay. Arsenal. Brilliant draw for us. Bielsaball on the Beeb.,, Stevens. Lad look...

Only saw the second half but they didnt threaten at all tonight.

I just think referees and linesmen are using the ability to trust what they see and just guess.

Re: FA Cup 3rd round draw

A big game and throwback to the good old days to be sure, but how seriously should we take this game? Were we lower in the table I'd be all for giving it a good go but when the stakes are playing at the Emirates in the league next season, to make this a big fixture among many instead having to go t...

For such an important game that crowd must be one of the lowest of the season.

Not even 50% full.
