Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 30th May) Should Leeds cut ties with Bamford?

Leeds should cut ties with Bamford  There, fixed the title for you Matt :) His stock was at its highest after that first EPL season when he bagged 17 goals in empty stadiums, we had a few others who performed well that season when nobody was watching them apart from the crowdies, and that was t...

Cheers Kev 😀

As Farke keeps reminding us we won the trophy 🏆 for getting 90 points and not being promoted.

Hell of an achievement 🙌

Steve Cooper would also be an option, but I expect they will stick with Farke.

Especially as they gave him a five year deal and won't want to add a pay off sum to our debts.

Re: How we all feeling?

After Bielsa lost his playoff run I was very confident he'd get it right the following season. Not getting that vibe from Farke. That was Bielsa's first season in English football, and we had been out of the Prem for a long time, and had players here who had come up short in previous seasons. Farke...

Yes, I think Byram, and or Struijk got one. But that would be about it.

Re: Should he stay or should he go?

.What pissed me off, is the non use of certain players, yet putting them on the bench every week. Some have spent a whole season with hardly kicking a ball in anger..... Exactly: Spence, Anthony, Cresswell, Joseph, Roberts, etc. That's a lot of talent, at least for this level, that you're ignoring....

Re: Play off final - Post match discussion

I know everybody will disagree with me but I truly think the January transfer window cost us promotion... You could well be right Matt  Ipswich got Moore in and he got crucial goals for them. We sent Spence back and got Connor Roberts in. Both had injury issues, but neither was used effectivel...

Re: Play off final - Post match discussion

He is the anti-Bielsa fa's as I'm concerned. Hence why don't understand the support of him but each to there own. The plan seemed to be give it to Jimmy, or Georgi and hope for the best. Jimmy will be off in the summer, and maybe Georgi too? So what then? If you're relying on individual brilliance ...

Or shoot, or pass and move. Let's just stand still and hope to walk the ball in.

I thought that when they scored.

He gambled and Meslier saved his bacon.

But Armstrong is a better finisher than Sargent.

Re: Leeds United v Southampton - Match Thread

They were not the best team in the second half Trust me i am as brutally critical as anybody when things areng going well, But Leeds did not do too badly, it was just hitting a barn door, something (besides the norwich game) they have failed to do for the last 2 months  James was unlucky when...

He has, another easy afternoon for them against us, and that's not good as I would say we have the better players tbh.

I don't even think they have been good at all, but we've made it comfortable for them from start to finish.
