Re: Leeds vs Burnley MOTM
Giving it a miss as the WiFi was really bad where we are staying and kept freezing the tv screen every thirty seconds.

Mainly because we’ve given the balll away, rather than them creating anything.

Re: Today's Games
Still think overall he looked less assured than Meslier. What did you think ? Hard to judge as the conditions were atrocious. His instinctive reactions for the double save were quicker than Meslier generally is in similar situations but Mes is better with distribution. We haven’t seen Darlow have a...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 5th September) Farke did not want Tanaka signing
Tanaka could well be our best midfielder within a month or two.
He was very slick in his brief cameo towards the end of the game.
Wasn’t on long enough to see how good his tackling is as we kept possession for most of the last ten minutes.

Re: Billy Bremner
https://www.heraldscotland.com/resources/images/18504353/?type=mds-article-620 You would have thought they could have swept that bit of the pavement, power washed the bricks and repointed at least the section of the wall first. It is a beautiful gesture but do it properly. Am only surprised they ha...

Re: Burnley pre match chat
Might be wrong but my thinking is these early KO's at home tend to result in a more lacklustre performance and result. I’ve always felt that, even more so in away games. There has been the odd exception ie winning the title at Bramall Lane, Leeds 4-3 Liverpool with Viduka and last season v Ipswich ...

Re: Where will we finish #2
Top two.
I feel we are more balanced overall this season and even allowing for a few but not a lot of injuries, I think we have enough cover for any absences.

Re: Illan Meslier
I am often baffled why Mes is often criticised for his distribution. Playing out from the back, particularly against a good press heaps a lot of pressure on the keeper. Did anyone watch the Southampton game at the weekend. Ramsdale seemingly acknowledged the defence were getting pressed so was punt...

Re: Refereeing standards & development
Yep, tis true, absolutely no punishment at all , the archaic FA & PL do nothing about it. Mr Smith* who lakes for the local pub side and is mostly skint feels the effect of a £14 fine or worse for a sending off, Mr Fernandez who earns £350,000 per week dosen't give a hoot as it makes no sense t...
