Re: General Chat
Whatever happened to those boiled hamburgers that burger vans always used to sell in the 1990's ? I'm on a quest to try to find out if they still exist. Nobody seems to remember them. Did i just imagine the bloody things?? Had them at a few away grounds back then, they needed fried onions added to ...

Re: What are you doing today ?
Anyone else having a weird day on here? Threads aren’t going to the top of the page, so to speak, and one of my posts said something along the lines the lines of “we are checking this and we’ll get back to you” Tried it again and it worked. Lastly, I couldn’t re- edit one of my posts, only quote or d ...

Re: Top ten Leeds United home shirts of all time
My first Leeds kit was the iconic Admiral Smiley version.
Loved it, collar and all (it was the mid 70’s though, flares etc)

Re: Top ten Leeds United home shirts of all time
My favourite is the 1971-72 crew neck with lufc writing.
Not keen on shirts with ‘wing’ collars like the 1972 FACup final version, even if it was an icon moment.

Don’t mind the Lowfields Tunnel design on the collar and cuffs, it’s a bit different.

Harrison for the reasons already stated.
He was a 7/10 for me, steady but frustrating especially after having a superb first touch to control, but his second touch…

Bamford, Joseph played better in the 90 point season than last, imo.

Re: Mateusz Klich vs Ao Tanaka
Klich, Tanaka had a good season but without him I still think we’d have gone up - not the case without Klich even though we won it at a canter in the end.

Kalvin, such a turnaround from his previous seasons in that promotion season.

Re: 2025 Summer Transfer gossip and squad discussion (and manager)
I think we showed plenty of variety last season. We passed it around, for passing's sake, against teams who didn't come at us. Like cat and mouse we were trying to draw one or two players out of position so as to create gaps. We were also fine when teams pressed high and we counter attacked them ...

Messi but I’d never class him as a winger in the traditional sense.
Right of a front three is the closest to one though.

Re: RIP To Those Departed
Alan Peacock, who was diagnosed with dementia in 2018, passed away peacefully at the weekend with his family by his side. Alan scored a goal in my very first game I attended in 1964, helping to win the Division 2 title as it was called then. Screenshot 2025-06-30 22.47.27.png RIP Good goal ratio ...
