Re: Covid Vaccination
As many as 200,000 health care workers have refused to have the vaccine jabs. Measures are being put in place to protect vulnerable people due to this stance from a section of our society. You would think being on the front line and seeing all of the deaths would make you plead for a vaccination. N...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 2nd March) Leeds identify Amorim as possible Bielsa replacement
If the wife tells him is she wants him home.... I will leave it there. :) He couldn't have been any clearer for me in his statement. He's going nowhere until the job is done at Leeds, and its only just started. Great to have Koch back training. Bialsa is not a rotation man normally so when we have a...

Re: Elland Road pitch
Before it looked aesthetically atrocious, now its dangerous and it still looks aesthetically atrocious. It must drive the players crazy. It something else they have to factor in on match day. Its like playing Snooker on a leaning table, you can't play your natural game you have to factor in the dips.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 1st March) Early goal sinks Leeds
Funny how fans perceive player performances so differently in a match - YEP's Graham Smyth regarding Klich's display writing in today's YEP ; ' lots of effort, but a few mistakes, some poor passes and shooting attempts, along with fouls that had him on the verge of a second yellow, made it a poor d...

Positive: We are safe and can offer some fringe players a chance to show their worth.
Negative: They may not be worth much.

Re: Leeds Utd v Aston Villa Match Thread - Klich fit, Costa in for Harrison
Late home from work i stayed up until 1am to watch the match not knowing the result. It was the only time i wish someone had let the result slip. Short summery: a tale of two slips, one resulting in a goal.

Re: Player Ratings v Aston Villa (h)
Meslier 6: It was a strange game neither keeper having much to do. Could he have come and smothered the ball after the Villa players poor touch? Not sure. Ayling 6: Wasted the ball alot early on got better in the second half. Llorente 7: Another solid enough game from our new right sided CB. Was he ...

Re: The Leeds United Weekend Breakfast Debate - Leeds v Villa
1) Do we start with the same team or should Costa be given the opportunity ahead of Harrison? Not yet for me. Jacks been under the cosh before and come up with the goods and he offers better defencive cover imo. Its good for the team that Costa is playing himself back into the frame for a starting s...

Re: Peter Lorimer
He was the Scottish Raphinha ov his time. I went thru a spell of watching lots of old Docu's on Leeds and it seemed like Lorimer never scored a tap-in. Goals win games and it seemed Peter scored some corkers.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 26th February) Bielsa keen on Nkoulou reunion
When I first read today's debate I thought the quote was from Kalvin Phillips! I was thinking "blimey that's gonna cause a rift in the squad" It was only when I looked more closely i realised it was Kevin  :roflmao: I had to look twice. I guess if i was talking about value for money i would s...

Re: Leeds Utd v Aston Villa Match Thead
Villa won't know what's hit them on our pitch. Dean will have no Torvill and its probably a good job cos he always fall down anyway, no Bolero. Joking apart Villa are a good side and will be looking to avenge, what was possibly our best performance of the season? Anyway it will all be in vain as we ...

That word entourage reminds me a Anelka, but at least he had a good career. JKA sounds like he's going down the Balotelli route. Bielsa probably got him as fit as he will ever get.

Everything to play for with Citeh and Pip will make sure they all get their chance. The only one i'm not familiar with is Doyle? Is that the token u23 player to appease the fans.
