Re: Millwall pre match chat

Its going to be a close game imo, agree with some posts about Joseph starting, he'll give their defence a workout. Millwall are physical so the likes of Aaronson, Byram and Tanaka need to be on there toes. Leeds have far to much quality to let this decend into a bore draw. I reckon a James winner or ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 29th October) Will Leeds terminate Solomon loan

If Solomon plays well he deserves to stay If he contributes nothing or is out injured he can't help the side he is loaned to. Remember we are paying big wages for him to stay We need a return on our investment which is fair!!! Do your job Solomon or we have a National Express Coach waiting to take ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 1st November) Are the walking wounded off on International break

Its an interesting topic but really it boils down to what Leeds want in this situation. Under the rules any player that has an existing injury and is released for international duty, the host club can not be compensated if the player is used and the existing injury gets worse. There is no real ...

We Need a Striker in January 2025

With 12 games gone there is problem with our strikers Joseph works hard for the team but is not putting the chances away Piroe is either a starter and shows some quality or comes on as a super sub and then scores. Gnonto is a quality player, well he he isn't putting this quality to use and getting ...

O'Brien would be a good addition, quality player....
Not to fussed about Kent, from the reports he is out of form and has developed an attitude, we don't need drama
we good players that can slot straight in.

Ooops might have ruined it now.
Kalvin is on a massive contract with Man City until 2027 at £150,000 per week. You won't see Kalvin at Leeds in January 2025

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 30th October) Could Jack Harrison Return in January?

Everton fans are now realizing that Harrison is just a body in a football kit. In his main position his job is to assist and contribute with the odd goal here and there. No assists and no goals says it all. Good job that Sean D likes him and I was really hoping that he could be sold for around 12 ...

Re: Who starts as the 9

One of the podcasts I listen to - forgot which one - said if you're looking for someone that can combine Joseph's work rate and hustle with Piroe's finishing, that player wouldn't be playing in the championship. We need a young Teemu Pukki which would be very nice... A certain Daniel Farke signed ...

Re: Who's good enough

Its a massive question which is going to cause a huge debate...
Here are my choices.

Rodon - Pascal S - Firpo
Ampadu - Largie (Maybe)
Joesph ( needs to improve) Piroe ( Good sub)
Gnonto ( needs to improve)

Probably 1 more at best

Re: Who starts as the 9

I have gone for none of the above because our potential number 9 needs to be have the finishing power of Piroe and the awareness and positioning of Joseph. We lack that lethal striker and hopefully this can be sorted when we strengthen the side in January 2025.
