Re: Liverpool V Leeds Utd Match Thread - Jesse Marsch faces injury crisis

Wait. What's this feeling? Oh yeah. Pride in our team. I'd forgotten that. Also, fair play to Jessie. He took Harrison off who was abysmal and gave Willy a chance, who looked more comfortable on the ball. He also left Klich on the bench where he belongs. Bring on Bournemouth. Doesn't fix everything,...

Re: Liverpool V Leeds Utd Match Thread - Jesse Marsch faces injury crisis

Gnonto looks great. Paddy does not. It's those rare chances you pray for and you have to score them. This is why we are where we are. All the great hard work undone by a clampit.

Re: Liverpool V Leeds Utd Match Thread - Jesse Marsch faces injury crisis

We're definitely the better side but Rodrigo's lack of touch, and Harrison, Jeebus, how many times did they both put us on the back foot. These are the silly self defeating things that are sinking us. Despite them, COME ON.

Re: What do we expect from the next 3 games?

A massive rise in goals conceded, a sense of despair previously thought unattainable and the knowledge that we had already accepted our fate because at the moment if we owned a duck it would drown.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 24th October) Leeds nosedive towards the Championship after latest defeat

I agree with what a lot of folks have said throughout the boards who hoped it would work under Jessie because he's such a nice guy....but we know where nice guys finish!

Re: Leicester City v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Bamford and Summerville Start

I really wanted Jessie to do well for us but it's clear he's a one trick pony. For one third of the season we might do OK with his system against the big boys home and away with the odd good performance and maybe the odd 3 points, but the rest of the season? The teams around us know how easy it is t...

Re: Leicester City v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Bamford and Summerville Start

So frustrating because we all knew this performance would follow the last one. We are the cruellest team to support. Get your hopes up, we fall for it, dare to believe and then we make Leicester look like world beaters. Jesus, it's just so embarrassing to watch. We look so easy to play against. Agai...

Re: Leeds Utd v Arsenal Match Thread - Rodrigo starts up front as Sinisterra returns

We take frustration to a whoe new level. At the minute it comes from the fact that the world and his wife knew we needed a striker, Jessie included. He put it out there, just voicing what we were all thinking but when you're faced with a board like ours, buckle up. I thought we were so much better t...

Re: Crystal Palace v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Bamford starts for Leeds

It's so disappointing. We have some really good players but we look clueless and amateurish a lot of the time. No composure and plenty of panic. Arsenal next. Honestly, if we owned a duck it would drown.!

Re: Crystal Palace v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Bamford starts for Leeds

He went way to soon for the goal that's probably going to sink us today. Schoolboy stuff from a very very old boy. Granted, it's not just him at fault. The whole team has lost it's shape and direction but I'm sure going behind to a soft goal isn't exactly inspiring. But there ye go.

Re: Crystal Palace v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Bamford starts for Leeds

We have Struik playing at left back. Firpo on the bench. If Cooper's the best we have then he'll excel next season back in the championship where he's more than helped to deliver us back to. He's done.

F**kin Cooper again. How much longer? He's a liability. No time for sentiment. He'll be more useful as glue.

Re: Leeds Utd v Aston Villa Match Thread - Cooper returns to starting XI

I've never seen a team as unlucky as us for never getting the second ball or a loose pass. It never seems to fall for us.
