Re: No game for a month as Leeds v Manchester United postponed

Overall I think a good thing to move the Man U game. A potential mauling won't do us any favours at this stage of the season and given the recent run of results.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 13th September) Lack of policing forces War of the Roses postponement

VAR analysis...this would need to take into account all the VAR decisions of the teams around us to get the full view. I am still not convinced that we get a lot going for us. Fair enough moving the ManU match. As I said last week, if this was to be our next match and a possible mauling it would do ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 9th September) Premier League fixtures set to be postponed

Next match (ATM) is going to be Man U. How does everyone feel about that. Notts Forest was winnable, Man U prob less so. Come Sunday 18th 4pm with a battering to Man U how will we all feel? On the other hand, if (big if) we win then completely different story. Interesting how this turn of events cou...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 8th September) - Did Leeds do enough this Summer?

Right now I'd take 15th at the end of the season purely for peace of mind. Then we build again. However, I think there is still a reasonable chance of 12th-10th although feel I am in a minority. As a team we are going to improve over the next 6-8 weeks as we gel. Our younger players will only get st...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 6th September) - Llorente's days could be numbered

I have said a few times, Cresswell is going to be epic. I don't think we should have loaned him, he should have been playing for us. I really hope he comes back to Leeds at the end of the season (if not before). Llorente, he needs a break to reset. The £10m transfer will come from the lad playing an...

Sphincter scale hit 4 given yesterdays shenanigans. All in all a reasonably good outcome.

We could just be Brentford's bogey team (esp after last season). Suspect they are not looking forward to our visit.

My "sphincter" scale is at 0.5 (pretty relaxed) based on how we've started. A slight increase to 1.5 whilst Everton looked like doing a smash and grab...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 1st September) Hwang deal off

I'm of the same opinion. I'd rather see Gelhardt given more minutes, that for me was the big plus on Tuesday that he came on when Rodrigo got injured. Rodrigo's injury may be a blessing in disguise if Gelhardt gets more minutes and we get to see if he can be more than a super sub. Bamford is gettin...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 31st August) Ugly Everton nick a draw

I'd love to see some stats on how long the ball was in play last night. There was a ridiculous amount of time wasting / stalling. It makes for a terrible match to watch and must be saddening for their fans who get to watch this tripe every week. We should never have let Gordon through on goal. That ...

.. still players in the team that needs shipping out, Cooper, Klich, Forshaw, James, Rodrigo those are just average players, we need better than those to even be able to challenge. i'm very dissapointed not to see a striker and midfielder and lb coming in. I think you are being a little harsh. Base...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 1st August) Leeds destroy Cagliari in eight goal thriller

Well he'll replace Llorente who still doesn't look comfortable playing left side so maybe... personally I'd pick a pair and stick with them, not forgetting Coop is captain.. Paddy captain on the pitch Sunday, which I wouldn't have guessed from watching the game I'm think we need to plan for the nex...

I'm much more optimistic than I was last season. Would be happier if we signed a prolific goalscorer & an experienced LB. Also wish Dallas, Ayling & our new signing Sinnisterra were available for the start of the season, making our bench even stronger. Me too (optimistic)...I'll keep saying...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 26th July) - Leeds on the hunt for Left back as Davis departs

11th is my prediction. We will be better than many expect. With such a strong pursuit of a striker the management can't have that much confidence in Bamford regaining form, and clearly a risk to rely solely on younger players. LB - with under 2 weeks to go we have a gaping hole in the team. Not idea...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 20th July) - Sonny Perkins signs three year deal at Elland Road

He is a penalty waiting to happen, I think he forgets VAR is a thing but I’d still have him in the team, he is a leader and brings discipline to the rest of the team which is sorely lacking when he is out. If Cooper wasn't captain...then who else? Asking because ideally you want the captain to be i...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 19th July) - Junior Adamu is the latest forward linked to Leeds

What was ridiculous about it? He had two good seasons staying fit and scoring goals, there were suitors from other clubs lurking and we needed to extend his contract to prevent him either going cheap or running down the clock. Next? There is also a decent chance he will be back stronger than ever, ...
