Why the pessimism on this thread about the weekend.? We can win these two!!
It’s just the tonic the Welsh lads need to get over Tuesday. I’ve every faith !!

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 26th March) €40m exit speculated over Leeds star
In my utopian head I would love the see the backbone of this current side stay together for at least one season should we be promoted Then we can see what we they will achieve together. Slightly romantic thinking which is massively lost in football. With that thought why wouldn't Crys stay and see w...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 25th March)
As I said elsewhere, six wins from our final eight games will give us 100 points and I'm convinced that will be enough for top 2. So, I think we have the luxury of being able to lose two games but obviously rather we didn't lose any and we cruise to promotion. Having so many players playing interna...

Does the transfer embargo mean they can't sell anyone too? Or is this just incoming players? The Subhuman wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2024 5:10 pm https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68635985
Leicester City....
The club have also been placed under a transfer embargo by the EFL.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 20th March) Phillips linked with ER return
I don't want 'fatty' Phillips back now. It was great at the time but time's moved on. He can lose the fat (plus the photo above has been squashed to make him look like a dwarf) He would get his mojo back instantly at ER. If 10-15m then it would make a lot of sense. Maresca regretting his words? I d...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 19th March) Surgery could see Struijk out out action for 3 to 4 months
Struijk - agree that we get him fit for next season. We also have Cresswell as cover so ample options Geo - we can manage one or two games without him. Gnonto can go middle. Joseph would be useful upfront - frees up Bamford or Piroe Bad time for a break - it's the same for everyone, we just need to ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 18th March) Whites top Championship with hard fought victory over Lions
Agree this race is nowhere near run yet. Lots of twists to come. However, I would rather be where we are right now than others (strongly placed league position, promotion in our own hands and with a team that look to be strong in every department). Leeds = If we keep doing what we know we can do we ...

Re: Leeds Vs Millwall Post match discussion
The work rate of Farke's side. The willingness to bust a gut, get back and defend. Is night and day over last season's Leeds. The year we dodged relegation, there was still that Bielsa ethos in them. The boys that got promoted still playing for pride and the legacy of a manager who'd got sacked a f...

Ipswich have carried momentum very well into the championship and not changed many. Just a good example.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 14th March) Foxes face real threat of points deductions this season
Wober - if they like him that much at BM so much they should be able to find the money. At least this looks like not being a loss. Points deductions. If any team is in breach they should impose consistent and hard penalties. My problem with this is clubs like Man City, Chelsea are not being tackled....

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 12th March) Leeds hold massive bargaining chip in pursuit of top left back
Afternoon. If you combined JKA, Aaronson, Kristensen, Roca and Brolin you wouldnt come across a worse piece of business as Joel Piroe His 11 goals and two assists have only contributed to a yield of 39 points this season. Stealing a wage by the sound, I would bin him off to the Premier League at th...
