It was more, a cost of a pint in general comment, Foxy. However, I assume you will be on the S kull A ttack 🍺 😄 E0DC1D40-848D-4C22-A2BA-A80EEE37D15F.jpeg Of course. And I’m sure you’re right. We are heading back to our hotel as swiftly as possible afterwards. Hopefully the beer is “normally” priced...

Re: General Chat

I almost couldn't believe my eyes, Jay, when I read '64's original post. Like manna from heaven it is. I honestly thought he might be having a go for packing so many opportunities in a single post. Almost doesn't seem fair (could be an age thing) :roflmao: Hectors at his desk now. In the deep...

Erm, not really, it's unusual in that it has a lot of main cast characters, that compliment each other so well... The lead is an ex music journalist/alcoholic now leading an AA type group meeting in a church. Great music throughout, Loudermilk's cynicism rules throughout and some great one liners. ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 19th February) Comfortable in the end as Whites regain second spot

great result last night to see Southampton lose pity Ipswich won. Every pundit talks about our great forward line BUT we have scored less than Leicester, Southampton and Ipswich. Our much better goal difference is because of our goals conceded. That is because of Leicesters away form. We have virtu...

Re: Breathtaking

Programme on ITV, about Covid. We are storing them up to watch on the trot, so this is my first and only post in this thread 😁 Did your Mrs persuade you to watch One Day yet, Kev? It’s a series. 14 about 1/2 hour ones. It surprised me. Thought it would be a stupid chick flick type thing but I reall...

Not disagreeing Jay. Makes me laugh when I talk to British folks and they say "Ooh, isn't there lots of corruption in Bulgaria?". And I reply "Yeah, but it's obvious here. Whereas you're drowning in it, and you don't even realise it" :) Oh yeah definitely, Riot. No idea how cons...

Very sad about Navalny Leon, and big shame for Russia that they are suffering under this arsehole Putin. Gordon Elliot on my flight home from Dublin to Manchester. I’m two rows back. There is an empty seat next to him but getting there from my row would be like flogging a dead horse.

Update……Asked him for a tip for the Cheltenham Festival and he said Nostrils will definitely win the first.

I'm not saying i care at all, never stated i care, they all feckin count. I was just more interested in being proven right after quite a few decided to jump into the argument. Against me, may i add. It seems that you were right. Old Scuffer admitted it. Totally lucky goal. I still say from the last...

Re: Plymouth Argyle v Leeds Utd Match Thread

It doesn't say what he meant to do, he just says "he got a bit lucky". But we shouldn't speculate on what he means by that because Kenny has decided. I wouldn’t concentrate so much on the “luck” anyway. His quick thinking is several seconds ahead of the defender. Scuffed shot, who fecking...
