Re: Is our undefeated home run of 22 games in jeopardy? Poll Of The Day (25th Sept)

I believe Spurs will have that bit more than we can handle and our home record could well be stopped then. A certain player we sold to them to be pivotal in our downfall....

Re: Trump

Trump has a lot of supporters in America and although he isn't liked anywhere else bar the kremlin he is just one of the top spokesmen for the elite few who actually have control of American interests. I have said the same thing for years that American politics has no real politicians anymore just ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 19th May) Academy cull in Leeds end of season retained list

Yeah. And we've got plenty of good ones too. Players like Gray, Chambers, Debayo, Cresswell, Chadwick. Any one of them could have as big of an impact as players we've bought. We have always had a good academy at Leeds and we do have a good level of scouting local talent in the surrounding areas of ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 13th May) Leeds could blow a third of their budget on a keeper

I'm a big fan of Caoimhin Kelleher mainly because he comes from the very same place I grew up in Cork City, Ireland and although I never knew the lad I had heard many things about him when he played for RingMahon Rangers as a kid. Talented and knows his area quiet well. I know people will be saying ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 9th May) - Should Leeds bet on experience with Phillips and Vardy?

Vardy I despise after his atrocious antics last year deliberately riling up Leeds fans with his videos so I have no interest in seeing that man play for Leeds EVER. Besides bringing him in wouldn't be a statement of intent he's 38 and ready for the Knackers yard. Philipps I would take a punt on but ...

Re: Daniel Farke

He played for Spurs and started his coaching career with them. That will be why I doubt any other Premier League team would consider him as like Farke he's probably considered far too risky. He's a defensive manager thats for sure, but in fairness any manager that can galvanise a team to win 100 ...

Re: Daniel Farke

Regarding Daniel Farke. I honestly believe he will have his own players in mind who he will probably need to let go and those he most definitely will want to keep. This isn't going to be easy by any means. Some are deadwood players like Bamford who has been a great servant over the years for us, he ...

Re: Daniel Farke

I wouldn’t worry too much about that one mate, Vardy won’t be coming to us. A good player in his day and in fairness came from rags to riches in terms of footballing career, but after last year's antics against us I despise the scumbag attitude he showed towards us. I would see that as LUFC really s ...

Re: Plymouth Argyle v Leeds Utd Match Thread

IMG_1189.jpegIMG_1188.jpeg The four teams in the playoffs have a huge difference between them points wise 3rd to 6th. I personally hope Sheffield United get promoted but if not I certainly don't want fat Frank getting up. Sunderland probably need another season but the play-offs are a minefield as ...

Re: Ao Tanaka

My favorite player this season, a little bit lightweight at times where he can be pushed off the ball easier than he should allow himself to be. He's a tiger and likes to get stuck in as well with some of that old Leeds hard tackling which really helps the team. He won't find it as easy in the ...

Re: Manor Solomon

Hope we can keep Manor, he's got that Pablo Hernandez type of thing about him, small in height and a low center of gravity when he's dribbling in and around the box. We need players like that in the Premiership to unlock defences.

Re: Illan Meslier poll

definitely sell for me, he's a good goalkeeper but any goalkeeper that needs confidence constantly being boosted is a major liability. He has had too many clangers over the past few seasons so maybe its better for him to be sold so he can reinvent himself at another club.

Re: Plymouth Argyle v Leeds Utd Match Thread

I don't buy into this season or last season was stronger or weaker one bit and its silly to even suggest it was or not. The fact remains that Farke was three players short of his best players from last season. Players were brought in that could well have flopped under the pressure of being at Leeds ...

Re: Plymouth Argyle v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Just wanna wish the club the very best of luck for today. Winning the Championship title would be the icing on the cake for a team that have been excellent all season with a few minor blips along the way. Daniel Farke has done an excellent job in giving the club promotion and it's never easy on any ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 1st May) - Could naming rights fun Elland Road expansion?

As for Rothwell, a decent player in most games, does he deserve a contract from us? Not so sure he does, I'm not very much into buyng loaned players because once they have the new contract with us, in most cases it fails or they don't put in as much efforts as they did when they were on loan. As ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 1st May) - Could naming rights fun Elland Road expansion?

In the modern game in my humble opinion it's inevitable that the naming rights of a club wanting to make more money will change regardless of what we the fans will argue or discuss about. Prefferencially I would regard Elland Road as the spiritual name of Leeds United Football Club and I would like ...

Re: Junior Firpo

He was a frustrating player for about 18 months always being caught out of position and showed weak qualities as a left back, but the guy has changed a lot since Daniel Farke came in and in truth has been one of our best players since then. His crosses, assists and goals have proven that with a ...

Re: Who is the best manager in the championship?

It's tough one to call to be honest i went for Farke in the end because of loyalty but i do seriously believe Scott Parker has done a terrific job at burnley. Chris Wilder also has done a terrific job with Sheffield Utd too. When put into context Farke lost a bit of consistency at times throughout ...
