Re: Liverpool v Leeds Utd Match Thread

What is unusual (and slightly disconcerting) for a newly promoted team, are the number of pundits and so called experts that have predicted us to finish higher than mid-table in the league. Someone, I can’t remember who, predicted us to finish as high as seventh! No one, apart from Adrian Durham it...

Re: Crysencio Summerville - RUMOUR

If you're good enough you're old enough.
Mason Greenwood is proof of that.
However, as we already have Costa and Poveda I'm not sure if we'll see him in the first team this season.

Not at all surprised about Huffer but am about Miazek. I thought he looked an excellent keeper. At least they are free to find other clubs now.

1) He didn't fit Bielsa's style of playing as a sweeper

2) He was pretty inexperienced

For the same reason BPF left, is the reason why I'd rather see Meslier as backup for at least another year
3) He is crap

That raised a few eyebrows. https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2020/sep/04/premier-league-2020-...

Not been to Canada myself but my brother had his honeymoon there and last summer took his family there (the Whistler area) and he said its the most beautiful place he has ever been.
I guess Canada, like every country, has both nice and not so nice areas.
