Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 15th April) Leeds are falling apart - again

I am happy to accept that taking Gruev and Gnonto off was a fitness or injury prevention thing. Both have just come back form injury and they have those things monitoring the players and showing when they are going into danger zones. I would think taking Gnonto off falls into that category as I am ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 15th April) Leeds are falling apart - again

We play 4 forwards, 2 wing backs, 3 central defensive players, a goalkeeper and just the one true central mid ... .it's not surprising we lose the central midfield area or why we can't find those passes transitioning defence to offence... especially as we don't have a number 9 that can hold the ball...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 15th April) Leeds are falling apart - again

Can a manager be a better manager than he is? It seems players can exceed their ceiling under great coaching. Bielsa’s boys for example. But can a manager. Maybe this is as good as he is so in that sense we are too harsh on him & expect too much. They can learn, and one of the best things they ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 15th April) Leeds are falling apart - again

If we don't go up I'd want Farke in charge. He'd probably have more chance of building the side he wants rather than having to make the best out of what he had. I know some will say we had this great squad etc but there are glaring weaknesses. I would say we have done better overall than we had a r...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 15th April) Leeds are falling apart - again

It was a case of going for the win and being prepared to risk losing one point in order to try to win two points. If it works and we scored the first goal then we very likely win the game.Just football being football and like Ihave said for many matches, including against Leicester, if we took a re...

Re: Middlesbrough pre match chat

Because there isn't much difference between all three of them. At least Paddy got into the box for the Gnonto & Summerville crosses even though he didn't anticipate the opportunities, Piroe seems to be adversed to the six-yard box. We definitely need an experienced No.9 whether we're in the PL ...

Re: Striker selection poll

Kill some time before next match. If you were manager for our remaining games then who do you play upfront? Mateo Joseph Patrick Bamford Joel Piroe Joe Gelhardt Georginio Rutter. 1. Joseph 2 Gnonto 3. Piroe 4. Bamford 5. Gelhardt 6. Geo but four of those are midfielders and one has lost the form/co...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 15th April) Leeds are falling apart - again

Yeah if Farke had have not made the subs and even if we went on to draw fans would have been saying 2 points dropped and blaming Farke. We have played a similar way many times this season but got a goal at some point and then won the match. Similarly we have done this several times where we have do...

So we are all agree that the starting selection was to everyone's liking. But wait it has not resulted in any goals Farke has really screwed up. But wait he will try and rectify it with sub's, but they don't work either. Farke has screwed up again. Ain't no pleasing you. Hkt8E2Ul-Xw 1. Not to my li...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 15th April) Leeds are falling apart - again

Whilst Saturday felt bad we still have everything to play for. I think many thought that Farke's changes on Saturday were just what we needed (me included). We've now got a week until the next match which lets tired limbs recover for the final push. Given the unpredictable results from this league ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 15th April) Leeds are falling apart - again

I think Liverpool's unbeaten home record also crashed and burned. Am I right? If so we're in good company ... Don't think it was a player issue, we were comfortable with almost zero chance of losing until we made those bizarre substitutions. A draw now looks pretty good and it was still likely we'd ...
