Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 228th May) - Could Manchester City target Phillips as Fernandinho successor?

No doubt top clubs will be interested in Phillips, he has proved without question his quality at the top level. I think the key to kicking on is keeping hold of the likes of Phillips and Raphinha. They are both on long term deals, 3 years left to run on their contracts, so the ball is very much in o...

Re: We can't compete with this

I think teams like Leicester consistently prove their are better deals to be done, diamonds to be found just as we have with Raphinha. The top clubs overpay to, Southampton made £60 million on van Dijk! Paying big money doesn't guarantee you success either. Man Utd have spent £1 Billion since Fergie...

Brescia?

A decrepid stadium with a massive temporary scaffolding stand in front of a condemned terrace. Not sure why you would link tjhat with Massimo Cellino?

Re: Name the famous sports stadium/ground

Don’t think Northampton Town have ever played there 64 (have they :duno: ) Was probably at the County Ground when GB scored his 6..................and then they moved to Sixfields. Played them 10 times, half of those away. 63, 65 and 66 at the County Ground. Twice in 2008 at Sixfields! https://motf...

How about this one? The ground to the right, not the unusual building in the centre.

It's not Wimbledon, which is now closed anyway and was much bigger.
Harringay?

Romford apparently!

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 26th May) - Mixed Messages Over Romain Perraud

Romain Perraud certainly sounds like the kind of player we would be looking at, in a position we need to strengthen. Left back and No.8 are the priority for me this summer.

Harrison is a no brainer for £11/12 million!

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 25th May) - With defensive options aplenty could Cooper bit a bit part player?

I think over the closed season MB is gonna have to figure out a way to get one of Koch or Llorente to play left side. We know Llorente is poor on the left, he came with that reputation, one of the reasons we got him cheap. We can't keep maybe the best defender at the club on the bench Agreed. Ideal...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tuesday 25th May) - With defensive options aplenty could Cooper bit a bit part player?

I think Cooper has had a good season and with all three of the senior centre backs having injuries this season it is great to have the strength in depth. Gives us the options to be flexible. Bielsa also favours the right/left combo so it would seem to be a fight between Cooper and Struijk if everyon...
