in that scenario if our new manager wanted 2 mill for an impact player...who approves that? does it go to a vote? will that take more time than usual...will we end up with more compromise than is good for a running of a football club?
I guess one would hope they appoint a director of football and give him carte blanche regarding all decisions...who would then give HIS manager a long leash as he builds his football squad.
They are an investment bank and as such I would hope that they would manage the investment on behalf of the investors. That said they have already sole one seat on the board for 10% so we could end up with a fairly large board at this rate.
I fully understand their position of reducing their risk considering they are an investment bank. Makes perfect sense for them, just not sure if it spells good news for the fans.
I'm fairly confident that once Bates kicks on to his new role, GFH will get a experienced football director in to run the daily stuff, and help with getting a new manager. It was all spelled out early by Haigh and company. After 8 years of Bates, think people are a little gun-shy of GFH, who haven't even been on the job for 6 months yet.

I'm not gun shy in the slightest...

He sounds to me like a keeper who knows he is better than he has been allowed to do this past season. Warnocks bum chum Kenny was always going to get first pick in goal. Jamie's cup performances were superb this season (except Chelsea, when he was let down by the whole team in front of him and Warnock's idiotic tactics) and he deserved more starts in the league games.
As to the new ownership comment - maybe the players want new owners, as pixie and dixie are not exactly inspiring so far?
Or perhaps he thinks that the recent £2.5M investment by IIB, means they are taking over?

Hmmm...
That's the key phrase: "a huge club previously". Leeds United is still huge now...

Failed to mention "massive", definitely not LUFC.

"The time scale mentioned by Dr Koukash is "within the next month or so"" - sounds a bit short. If it was by Christmas, it would seem more likely.

And in his own words from an interview with a Salford online media group,
"Salford and many other clubs need extra income from outside the league, and unless you have a sugar daddy, and I'm not, I'm someone who will facilitate that income."
Seems to me like he has little or nothing different to offer than GFH?
