Serious question......Is Ali being accused of being a racist for pulling a funny face at what looks like a white man or is Mcneal being accused of being racist for saying something to a a little blond Muslim guy? I'm trying to see the racist angle in this.

It crossed my mind that it could have been a drip of sweat....

Interestingly in a recent case in Scotland where there was an allegation upheld by Uefa. The player covered his mouth and then spoke into the players ear. In effect preventing anyone being able to lipread him. Similar to today when the guy leaned down to speak to Ali.

It has been suggested that speaking to others like that may need to be banned to protect everyone from these types of allegations.

I didn't realise McNeil was of mixed race, says it all so many of them have a chip on their shoulder, just like all the other antics going on in football they'll make a meal out of something

Exactly I feel the allegation is purely to deflect from what McNeil said or did.
Instead of getting up and punching or kicking McNeil for his unwarranted behaviour like some would have done Alioski made a joke of it, simple as that.

Don't envy McNeil once full crowds are back he will be seeing that gesture a lot when he goes near the touchline.

If what Alioski did is deemed racist then god help the all Blacks when they do the Haka

However the racist card is being brought up far too often imo, those Burnley lads were frustrated & wound up, then one of them comes up with a racist allegation.

I haven't witnessed racism at ER or on my travels for many years. I don't see or hear any of it where I live or whilst I'm out & about.

I don't read Twitter so I'm was unaware of the racist problems on there until the ban from sports personalities a couple of weeks ago.

One of my Leeds pals whom posts on here now & again is of an Indian origin, a lovely fella too.

Many of my favourite footballers & musicians are of a coloured race so please don't get me wrong!
