I think probably similar to KP or Cooper and possibly Ayling too if we'd have had offers of £250k for any of them the fans would have been happy to see them sold. I doubt Heckingbottom was looking to build a team around them.

Re: Stuart Dallas
I wonder how we would react if someone came in with a 10-15M bid for him?

Stuart has been a revelation for us since Bielsa took him under his wings
One of few players who turned up in the first-half last night.

Re: Stuart Dallas
He's been brilliant in midfield over the past few weeks. I honestly wouldn't be unhappy if he was our starting #8 next season. I'm sure we'll sign someone because we don't have much depth there and nobody in the U23's midfield is 1st team ready. But, yeah, Dallas has been looking every bit the complete premier league midfielder lately.

Re: Stuart Dallas
I think we're fine at 8, with Dallas, Klich and Forshaw, all of whom are very good in Bielsa's system. We need a 10 for sure though then I'd go LWB and striker

Re: Stuart Dallas
Despite all the praise (deservedly so) being heaped on Raphinha this season...player of the year for me has to be Stuart Dallas, as Mr. Versatility he shines. is unselfish and gives 110%... but it is the AMF role , in particular during the last couple of months he has really shined. He is showing no signs of slowing down and IMO he can be relied on for at least another 2 seasons...His perfomances of late have certainly made dicision making in the transfer market this summer somewhat easier... But IMO he has to be considered now as a AMF and utilised there first and foremost.

Class today once again. To have stepped up to this level with such ease, in so many positions is remarkable.

He's certainly making himself undroppable. Not bad for a 'utility' player!YorkshireSquare wrote: ↑Sat May 08, 2021 6:15 pm Class today once again. To have stepped up to this level with such ease, in so many positions is remarkable.

Without doubt, the ultimate example of a Bielsa player...different time and different era but I actually believe he is more versatile than Madely was (and thats saying something), especially given the pace we play at these days ...YorkshireSquare wrote: ↑Sat May 08, 2021 6:15 pm Class today once again. I never thought of him as quick, a slow winger in my mind.
But now he is one of the leanest, fitest, quickest players on the pitch whoever we play!
