Between SoD and DB for me, but difficult not to pick Heroes, so Bowie it is for me as well

(looking like a potential clean sweep)

Told you it wouldn't be a whitewash Cat :P

Only 'Won't Get Fooled Again' (11) has achieved more than 'Heroes' to win a Grand Final since this competition began

Just a thought.

I didn't play the last round, as I was extremely busy and just wouldn't have had time to listen to all the songs, which i think it's only fair to do.
Each round there seems more and more songs to listen to that I've not heard before, this and numerous albums in the album poll is time consuming time I didn't have. Only know 4 of the albums nominated this time round so i lot of listening before the vote.
Anyway I'm rambling,my proposal is, do away with the jokers, instead have 1 preliminary round. There are 11 regular players, 6 songs get chosen in the preliminary, the 3 winners get put in the draw with the 5 remaining songs, leaving 8, so the quarter finals commence. Less songs to have to listen to and less work for Leon, having to find the jokers to put forward. On the list above 5 jokers have won, not a lot in comparison to the amount of winning songs, would they be missed.

Thoughts?

I reckon we have twelve players Ges as Smudge voted in Round 34 so hopefully he'll be nominating songs in Round 35
