Connelly/Child/Goddard and Coben on rotation here practically. Connelly probably better than Child with 4/5 protagonists plus the excellent stand alone Void Moon

Just finished a Micky Haller (Fifth Witness) then there's Bosch, Terry McCaleb, Jack McEvoy

Angels Flight is the masterwork for me, then maybe the Poet which is a McEvoy

Muppet the Cat wrote: Tue Jan 19, 2021 9:54 pm Just watched the 9th (of 10) episode of the first series of Ozark on Netflix.

Must admit after a not convinced start it has really grown on me as the series has gone on.
Cracking viewing Muppet, watched all 3 seasons a while ago. Like you, took a couple of episodes to whet my appetite, but was enthralled thereafter.

Been trying to get my partner hooked on Ozark as it'd be nice for her to have something to watch while I'm watching sport and it's her type of thing. Not mine though, hate that genre.....Nothing makes me lose interest quicker than the words Mexican drugs cartel or the Mafia...

Finished Finding Alice, we enjoyed it, and it was quite quirky and even amusing in parts...

Just watching the Bay 1st series before starting the 2nd

and we are about to start series 1 of Marcella again, as a new series is knocking about.

I have just finished the series Godless.... Must say, really slow burning, but very good indeed.

About to start Warrior, based on Bruce Lee's writings, heard good things about it.

For light relief, I watch an episode of I Zombie every morning, but getting sick of it now.

Just watched the last episode of series 2 of prison break.... will not be watching series 3

Anyone watching Goliath...now that is good. William Hurt is really menacing with that bloody clicker. Plus Billy Bob is a god

Yes, every season is a good one, although the last was probably a couple of episodes too long.

Watched all three series - last 1 a bit odd but good nonetheless.

Based on a true story, about a man who drugged, robbed and murdered back packers in the 70's, well acted and well worth a watch and some great songs from the 70's to boot.
Not fond of shows with sub titles but this was excellent.
Started watching Sons of anarchy on Nextflix and Schitts Creek (could be the name given to Leeds when playing well and Leeds when playing bad :) )

This is like a classic album that you listen to time and again and find something new each time. You have favourite bits like favourite tracks and they change from play to play ...Magnificent settings worthy of a work of art, a sixties laced soundtrack and a lead that you'll never want to stop watching.. Like an album I'll play a single set piece if I don't have time for more

They nail the ending as well which maybe one in a thousand shows do..
Just finished QG yesterday, superb viewing, was extremely impressed

I’ve watched them all, the one about the water was a bit strange.
